In Yokohama there has been major incidents that don't relate to each other at all, even the causes for these incidents don't connect, but what if these incidents are connected and the Agency finally starts to realize there's something bigger going o...
"Dazai what do you think of the case? Should we continue or not?" Ango asked. "I truly don't know. Personally, I'd like to leave it, but I can tell you'd continue even if I said no." Dazai said.
Everyone remained quiet. "I do know for sure. This person is trying to lively things up for us, so don't worry about them trying to attack you guys yet." He added. "You sure know a lot for someone who just joined." Teruko stated.
"Well of course. I'm not as simple minded as you." Dazai said with a smile. Teruko clenched her fist and glared at him. "Why you little-" She was cut off but Jōno. "That's enough, Teruko. He's just trying to get to you." Jōno said.
"I-I knew that!" Teruko exclaimed. Tecchou stared at the ceiling, a serious expression on his face.
"I want pudding." He said with a serious tone.
"Nows not the time, Tecchou-san." Jōno said. "I hate this group." He stated. Everyone else sweatdropped. 'Is this really how the Hunting Dogs act???' Everyone questioned.
"I just had a great Idea!" Teruko exclaimed.
"What is it? It's probably dumb, but still." Jōno said. "I'm just gonna ignore that comment." Teruko said as Tecchou continued to think of pudding.
"Well, this Masumi person used to be a Former Hunting Dog and a Vice Commander too, so she must be strong or have a strong ability, why don't we get her back on our side." Teruko suggested. "I can't believe you said something that actually made sense." Jōno said. Teruko glared at him again.
"That would be your choice. You are commander now." Ango said to Teruko.
"Aha! She could join and be commander instead!" Teruko exclaimed. She didn't really like being commander, too much paperwork.
"Yeah... Masumi-san won't like that. She's a lazy person, so the Hunting Dogs would be doomed since she sleeps on a Daily basis." Q stepped in.
"It's worth a try." Teruko said with determination in her eyes.

Masumi hummed as she skipped across the streets of Yokohama. "Hey, Masumi-san!" Atsushi shouted towards her as he ran towards her, stopping just behind her. She turned around with a close eyed smile.
"Yo, Atsushi-kun." She greeted back.
"It's been a while, 'Masumi'." A oddly family voice greeted with a smile. She opened her eyes. "Yes it has been, Osamu-kun." She said with a smile.
"Eh? You two know each other???" Atsushi questioned.
"Yep, we go waaaay back. It's almost as if we've known each other all our lives." Dazai said.
"I had no idea. Anyways, if you were given the chance, would you work for the Hunting Dogs again?" Atsushi asked.
"I guess, though I kind of wish Fukuchi-sensei never changed then maybe... Never mind, I'd probably join since Tecchou-kun is there." Masumi replied. "You know the strongest soldier?!" Atsushi exclaimed in surprise.
"Yah, he's my food buddy. We usually ate pudding together in the lounge amd then get scolded by our former co-worker, Yukio. Those were the good old days." Masumi said with a smile.
Dazai smiled at that.
"Would you join the Agency then?" Dazai asked. "Of course! My best friend is there, so why Wouldn't I???" She questioned. "That's good to hear." Dazai said. "Oh right, do you by any chance remember talking about a puppeteer? I think in the past you had told me something about it, but it's been so long, I've forgotten." Dazai said.
"Yeah I did talk about that, didn't I? Well, I found it in this book titled, 'The Puppeteer'. It was a book about a Family running on gods will, almost like apostles of god. They were given this job by god himself. So it was more like a Job than a title. They are basically what makes things happen like 'Fate' and 'Destiny', so what you may think is your fault, may not really be your fault and your Misfortune may or may not be, because of them. Then again, this is all just in a fairytale book and even if it were true, they'd all be dead." Masumi replied.
"This could be related to our case. Thank you for the information, Masumi-chan." Dazai said with a close eyed smile.
She sweat a bit. "No problem." She said with a poker face, a smile plastered on her face. "Oh right! What's your ability?" Atsushi asked. "It's called Arc of Time. I can rewind and fast forward time. Though I can't really control it..." She said with a nervous laugh. "Well I have to go." She added as she waved them goodbye.
"I never imagined you'd know Masumi." Atsushi said making Dazai gasp dramatically and put a hand over his heart. "Atsushi, that hurt ya Know!" He exclaimed dramatically. Atsushi just sweatdropped. "Sure..." He said. "Anywyas, we met when we were Teens. That's the first time we ever met. She's very dear to me, so her carelessness wound me so much." Dazai said with a smile as his hair blew with the wind.

"She must be really special for you to worry since you don't usually worry." Atsushi said. "Do I look like the type of person who doesn't worry?" He questioned. "Yeah, you do." Atsushi said as he nodded his head, making Dazai's eyes widen momentarily. "You really are strange, Atsushi." Dazai said as he out his hands in his pockets and walked ahead, leaving q confused Atsushi. 'I'm sure you're more strange than me... Dazai-san...' Atsushi thought as he sweat a bit. He caught up to Dazai and the two left.
Unbeknownst to them, someone whom they haven't seen in a while, was watching them from the shadows. The mysterious figure was clad in black, though you could see their pale fingers since they wore fingerless black gloves. The figure sighed.
"Is it really necessary for me to follow them?" The figure questioned. The future shook their head. "I shouldn't question the Master's orders." The figure said before they continued to follow the pair.
No one could've predicted the upcoming events.
Not even God himself could predict it.
The weight of this sudden reunion was much more heavier than anyone was lead to believe.
