Because this story got to long to all be one part!
Continued swearing and violence warnings!

The rest of their team came into the room with time, Claire and Reece first, then Mick with a pair of normal police officer and Johnny with another pair. Claire rushed to Faye and Lisa, only able to guess at how scared Faye would be, while Johnny headed straight to join Lee and H.
"There's currently an attempt to get all members arrested or pushed into here. DC Latchford-Evans, firstly nice to see you after so long, and DC Tozer, as you're technically the victims you'll both need to go with the officers from Penwood Station." Reece informed them.
"I'm armed if that counts for anything. I'd rather be here." Lee replied.
Reece took a moment to consider his reply. "I suppose, but Faye you're such a mess it's best if you go outside."
Faye shook her head. "I can't... I can't leave you all here." She whispered hoarsely.
"You have to, I'm sorry, I don't make the rules." Reece replied.
Faye looked round her friends, still not wanting to leave them and getting a horrible feeling that if she did it could be the last time she saw some of them. Reece watched, hoping Faye would follow his instruction, but was sadly disappointed. He looked round the normal officers stood with them and pointed to a young woman.
"Can you come over here a minute?" Reece asked.
She nodded and headed over. "Sir?"
"DI Hill. Sorry, right I'd like for you to look after our DC Tozer if that's alright." He said, before briefly explaining the situation. Armed Police officers were coming in all the time and Faye was becoming just a bit less anxious as a result.
The police officer nodded. "If you want to come with me DC Tozer, me and my colleagues will help you feel comfortable while we wait for your team."
Faye shook her head. "I'm sorry, I... I can't leave them.

Reece had been sidetracked by talking to Lee, but when he looked back to see Faye still arguing about leaving he took a deep breath. "DC Tozer..." but Lee didn't let him finish.
"Faye I know you're scared and you'll want to be in here with us, but please it's better if you go with her." Lee instructed softly as he took hold of her hands again, knowing that anyone yelling at her wouldn't help. Reece went to organise the rest of their team.
She shook her head. "Please don't make me! I can't while I know you lot are in danger!" She replied.
"We'll be fine. Please Fuf, go with them. They'll look after you and I'll come find you straight after." Lee said.
She nodded reluctantly, realising she could never win the argument, and headed off with the kind young officer.
"DC Tozer, my name is PC Myers, though you can call me Rosie if you rather." The officer said.
Faye just nodded and walked along with her in silence. She wanted to be with her best friends, she couldn't leave them this mess. She walked with Rosie into the hallway and almost made it to the door at the end when she heard a gunshot echo through the building and someone cry out in pain. Rosie called the instruction to get down just as more shots sounded, but Faye was so scared she froze again. It wasn't until Rosie grabbed her arm and tried to pull her onto the ground after a third set of shots that Faye came back to herself.
"I'm sorry." She replied, pulling her arm free and running back the way they'd come.
"You're in my command!" Rosie called.
"We're equal rank. And they're my team!" Faye screamed back, before running back into the warehouse.
She stopped in the doorway and assessed the scene: the firearms team were doing their job. She shouldn't be here and she knew it, but she needed to be. She wanted to be with Lee, Lisa and the others. She wanted to help even if she wasn't as much use as normal in this state.

Reece glanced round the room to check for intruders (Faye walked quietly so people tended not to notice her sneaking around). At first he looked worried by her, probably a result of the hoody hiding her appearance quite well and covering most of her trademark blonde curls. "Fucks sake Tozer! Get outside!"
"Not while you're all here!" She called back.
"Right now I have to treat you as an unarmed civilian. You have to remain outside the building you know that." Reece yelled.
"No!" Faye replied. "I don't want any of you guys to get hurt."
"DC TOZER I AM NORMALLY YOUR SUPERIOR OFFICER! LISTEN TO MY ORDERS!" Reece yelled.
"Reece leave it." Claire instructed softly. "Here Faye." She skimmed a handgun across the floor, which Faye grabbed, slipping into the rank in her usual place between Lisa and H. She held it up in defence ready to open fire on anyone in the gang who was stupid enough to come near her.
Reece stared at her and Claire in turn. "Well she's not unarmed anymore..." Claire replied with a grin. Reece could only sigh in response.
"75 stay alert." Reece ordered, before telling the radio operators, "DC Tozer has taken duty."
"Received. DC Tozer registered on duty." Replied the radio operator.
Faye focused on steadying her breathing, there was no point in holding a firearm if she was shaking so badly she couldn't aim one. She glanced at Lee apologetically over Lisa's head and he smiled back. Everyone else was properly equipped but her and Lee weren't. Not that it mattered because the firearms unit were doing a good job at their job of getting the gang to surrender.
"Put your hands above your head, palms open facing forwards." Ordered the leader of the Firearms unit.
Faye breathed a shaky sigh of relief as a majority of the gang listened first time. They were all going to survive the experience.
