"Then execute me."

"Kokichi you can't be serious!" Shuichi yelled in the other's ear causing him to flinch.

"Yeah Kokichi~ You can't be serious; right? Right?" Monokuma didn't even attempt to hide the growing ecstasy in his voice at the thought of being able to perform his first execution. The first one is always the most horrifying after all.

"Do it. Just get it over with." The leader slowly stood up and very slowly walked towards the bear. "Or I'll do it myself."

"I mean I can't discourage that idea, what items do you need? You can do it right here right now~!" Monokuma couldn't pass up the idea of horrifying the students by watching Kokichi, the boy whom tried his best to make everyone hate him for this moment, willing to die.

"I don't need anything. Rule eight, violence toward Monokuma is strictly prohibited. Correct?" The bear nodded as Kokichi continued. "Then I'll just do this." He ran at the bear, quickly closing the short distance while keeping his fist outstretched behind him, ready to punch the bear with all his might. No impact came however since Shuichi had bolted towards Kokichi, wrapping his arms around his tiny waist and pulling him back with an adrenaline-fueled strength that awakened itself in the detective.

Kokichi started thrashing around and screaming but Shuichi didn't let go. "Shuichi get your fucking hands off me!"

"No! You aren't dying Kokichi I won't let you!"

Rantaro ran over to help along with Kirumi, they both pulled the boys apart from each other to comfort them both. Rantaro hugged Kokichi as he openly cried into the greenette's chest while Kirumi comforted Shuichi who was now crying in shock of possibly losing Kokichi. Kaito walked up and slapped a pat onto Shuichi's back, ignoring the deathly glare from Kirumi upon doing so.

"Come on Shuichi man up. Don't cry over that little shit he doesn't deserve it." The room went quiet. Even if most of the students didn't like Kokichi, they all had now developed at least some pity for him, but even a baby would be able to tell that this moment was the worst time to not filter your thoughts.

Shuichi suddenly fell eerily calm as he removed Kirumi's arm from around him and walked up very close to Kaito.

"What was that?"

"I said the bitch doesn't deserve you crying over it."

An aura of immense, unidentified intensity exploded from the detective as he thrusted his foot through the astronaut's gut. It felt like it came out the other side and took Kaito's ribs, heart and guts with it. Maki teleported next to Kaito, fussing over the boy who was huddled on the ground trying not to cry in pain. Kokichi was just staring at the commotion, proud of Shuichi for standing up for the both of them. The two locked eyes, and Kokichi sadly nodded, understanding what Shuichi wanted.

"I'm right here Kokichi~ Come on why don't you hit me, right here!" Monokuma grinned as he put a paw to the middle of his stomach. The supreme leader just shook his head, deciding that he was wrong to begin with and maybe, just maybe, it wasn't so bad to admit his fear to the others.

"No. I'll talk about it instead Monokuma."

The mastermind felt dejected, unfortunately she wasn't hiding it as well as she thought though since Angie noticed and decided to question her about it. The artist pulled Tsumugi slightly further from the group as to not attract attention to the two.

"Tsumugi seems sad that Kokichi is going to live. Is that because Tsumugi want's to see someone die?" Angie smiled from ear to ear as her eyes widened showing her hidden insanity. "Does Tsumugi perhaps think death is fascinating? Does she agree with Monokuma?"

"Kokichi isn't dying? Sorry I must've got confused again!" Tsumugi laughed quietly, waving her hands dismissively in the air. "I really don't like death or violence, I'm just a plain girl after all."

"Hmm? Hmm? But you would make a good mastermind for this game don't you think?"

"Such a plain girl like me could never fulfil a role like that!" The mastermind was secretly starting to get terrified that Angie had figured it out, but before the conversation could go further Tenko came over and interrupted the two.

"Hey girls you should get back over to the group, we don't want Monokuma letting this continue for too long right? Even if they are degenerates." The three abandoned the conversation and re-joined the group where Kokichi was ready to explain his fear to the students.

"Alright Kokichi, you've got this." Rantaro gently patted the shorter boy who was finally showing his vulnerability to the class and, unbeknownst to the room, the world as well.

"I know I do.~" Kokichi threw a sassy pose at everyone, back to his normal, annoying, childish attitude. "Anyway I uh... well... have claustrophobia like Mum pointed out before. My parents uh... don't like me to say the least, so I had to hide in cabinets and shit to get away from them a lot." The supreme leader was clearly hesitant to talk about his childhood, so when he finally managed to finish his sentence he sighed out of pure relief and watched the ground, refusing to look at anyone.

Suddenly he felt a pair of arms pulling him into the tightest yet most caring hug he had ever felt before. Shuichi lifted the boy's chin between his finger and thumb and pulled him into a deep kiss. Kaede couldn't help but squeal as she fangirled over the two boys, soon joined by both Tsumugi and Miu who were the only other two vocal ones about their acceptation of the (hopefully) new couple.

Maki and Kaito on the other hand were not so accepting and they weren't afraid to show it. Kaito had a disgusted look as he stared at his sidekick locking lips with his enemy while everyone could tell Maki disapproved of someone as annoying as Kokichi being with a good kid like Shuichi.

The kiss soon ended (much to the dismay of Tsumugi for certain reasons) and the two hugged again. "I promise I'll do anything I can to keep you safe Kokichi." The supreme leader simply nodded as he buried his head into Shuichi's chest.

"This is sweet and all but no one cares! So let's get back to the motive~!" Monokuma sung, spinning the wheel again for the last two students who were awaiting their hell.
