Chapter 5

-later that night-

After setting up the tent all three girls sat in the sitting room just talking and getting to know each other. Cass was teaching them some common french words and laughing at how bad they pronounced it. For hours they sat and talked and it was like they've been friends for a while.

Adhara looked down at her muggle watch and it read 9:00 pm.

Just as she was about to tell the girls they should start heading for their seats in the ministry box a shrill voice of a little girl yelling was heard close to their tent, "Harry and I are going to be married Ron. Don't be mad mum hasn't signed you off for a perfect arranged marriage like mine!"

"I'm not!" Ron shouted.

Adhara rolled her eyes, she knew exactly who these people were and by the look on Raven's face she also knew who it was near their tent. Adhara got up with the two girls and they all went outside to see the Weasley's, Potter's, and Black-Lupin's. Raven groaned, making them look at her.

"Who are these people, and why do you seem to hate them, Raven?" Cassandra asked.

Adhara looked at them then to Cass, "These are the Weasley's, Potter's, and that's my deadbeat father Sirius Black, and stepfather Remus Lupin." She made sure to point at each of them for better clarification.

Cassandra made an 'o' face, "Ohh I remember the Weasley's and Potter boy." There was an awkward but hatred filled silence before Cass broke it and said. "Umm.. the Cup is about to start, we should get to our box."

"Oh how about we come with you guys." Mrs. Weasley said with a smile.

Raven rolled her eyes and said "No" then grabbed their hands and left.

On their way they stopped and got some face paint and binoculars. While going up to the Ministry box they heard the spat between the Malfoy's and the Weasley's. The trio tried to ignore them the entire game but it seemed as if these families just kept trying to talk to them.

The cup was fun and the three girls placed a bet against themselves. Cass said Bulgaria would win. Adhara said the Irish would win. But Raven said that Krum would catch the golden snitch and win the game.

After the game they were all in high spirits with bright smiles. They all said goodnight and went to sleep in separate rooms.

Adhara rolled over in her cot and she heard screaming and then she shot out her bed. Running outside she saw people getting terrorized and different tents on fire.

Looking left she saw the Weasley's run right past her tent, then the Potter's also ran past it. Sirius did a double take at her tent but still ran with Remus.

Adhara ran back in and shook them awake telling them about what was happening outside. They all grabbed their wands and started running. Adhara tripped on something and fell breaking apart from Raven and Cass.

"ADHARA!" she heard Raven yell.

Adhara touched her head and saw blood on the tips of her finger. Her eyesight was getting blurry and suddenly she lost consciousness.

When Adhara woke up from her state of unfimilailarness. She inhaled the thick smoke from the tents that were previously in flames. When she got up she looked at her body and saw mud and dirt on her.

Looking up she saw a big bright green "X" in the night sky. Adhara realized that was the Echos mark, they had come to the World Cup to instill fear when this was supposed to be a moment of fun.
