CHAPTER 43

*Stacey's POV*

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

Those five words.

No ones ever asked me like that. With Jace...well Darrion, one day we just became a thing. But, Lorenzo. He asked me.

My silence started to concern Lorenzo, judging by his piercing eyes.

"Love?" He questioned again.

"YES" I screamed, and immediately planted a long lasting kiss on his lips.

"Jesus christ, you would've thought the man just proposed spitfire!" Oh yeah, I forgot they were there.

I turned to my right to see Keo and Mateo laying on the hospital bed, with Keo on Mateo's chest. Those two are perfect for each other.

"Took you long enough, prick. Keo and I managed to unpack a whole enemy's to lovers romance, and be in a committed relationship with each other in about half the time it took you to grow some balls!" Mateo said, in a humouring tone.

I blushed and turned my face into Lorenzo's chest. Only then did we hear the little pitter patter of feet, and Daisy came up and sat next to me.

"Do you feel better Mommy?"

Gasps filled the room, and I felt pride overtake my features.

"W-what? Was I n-not meant to s-say that? I j-just thought that because you and D-Daddy are boyfriend and g-girlfriend, that means y-you are m-mommy." Daisy innocently said, her eyes glistening over at the thought of us being angry at her.

"No no, Daisy I would love to be your mommy." I said, looking over to find Lorenzo staring at both of us in awe.

"W-we are a b-big happy family!" Daisy exclaimed while jumping on my lap.

Lorenzo motioned for me to scoot over, and he crept into my bed while still making sure he didn't hurt me. It's funny, I'm in a hospital gown, and Lorenzo still in a tuxedo with polished black shoes.

"Lorenzo! Take your shoes off! Don't get this bed muddy!" I said in a somewhat commanding tone.

He smiled sheepishly and started to take his shoes off, and in the corner of my eye I saw Mateo and Keo practically started to eat each other faces.

"KEO!" I whisper yell.

He turns around a blush covers his cheeks.

"Sorry spitfire! I forget about the little one. Me and Mateo might wanna take this outside." Mateo then stands up to help Keo out of bed.

"Don't be too loud!" Lorenzo shouts.

"Can't guarantee you won't hear!" Mateo cheekily replied back.

I sigh. I love my family.

Only a couple of chapters left of  the Mafia's Teacher. This book is quite honestly one of the best things I have ever done. And the love on this book makes it all worth while.
