It was as big as the massive entrance, having to duck its head to get in. I had never seen a wolf that huge. It terrified me, its presence demanded respect. I saw in the corner of my eye Lily get to her knees bowing down.

"Get on the ground!" she hissed. But I could barely take my eyes off the massive thing. A growl emitted from its throat, it was so loud it felt like the meat would tremble right off my bones. I cried out as its paw came up and sliced down the sweater. I looked down at the fabric that was now in ribbons.

"Alpha stop!" Lily cried out as his jaws clamped onto the back of my sweater and it ripped the remains off of me. Its growl making me fear for my life. Tears started to pour down my face as I fell to my knees and crossed my arms over my bare chest. I squeaked as I felt something wet touching my arms. I opened my eyes to see the creature's nose was prodding at my arms. I squealed as its tongue pretty much bathed the side of my body as it licked me. My nose twitched as I recognized Corbins scent.

I cried out as it took my hair in its mouth pulling me up. He was gentle but I felt too vulnerable. He circled around me, his wolf form being much bigger than my human form. He pushed me towards his room, I was confused how he even managed to fit in the house. He pushed me onto the bed where I gathered the sheets around me for cover. His weight made the bed creak as he curled around me. His nose blew out warm air. I was hesitant for a second but ran my hand over the soft fur on his head. He let out a sigh. Instantly the air had calmed down, his breathing slowed as I pet him.  It felt like I was sitting still for hours.

He finally shifted back. He was sprawled out next to me, his eyes set on my own.

"W-what do you want?" I finally mustered up the courage to ask. My body still trembled from the terror his wolf form caused me. "I thought you were going to kill me!"

"Why were you wearing Erin's clothes?"

"What-"

"Why! Were you wearing Erin's clothes!" he sat up growling at me. I gasped and shrunk back.

"B-because Lily's clothes didn't fit me," I whimpered. He reached out grabbing my hand and I quickly yanked it away. "D-don't touch me!"

"How can you possibly say that! You feel it! The bond we share!" his voice is desperate as he calls to me.

I stare in shock at Corbins words, his eyes were black and his canies extended. He looked scared, but dangerous.

"M-marcel is my mate," I whispered. This was enough to throw Corbin into a frenzy. I watched as he began to break every object in his room, tearing drywall off of the walls. It was crazy the strength he held. Each moment I expect him to turn to me and rip me as easy as he did the curtains.

"Oh fuck," I heard him mummble as he held his head in his hands.

I was terrified. His tantrum had reminded me of Marcel. The anger, the need to release the frustration. My heart was beating too fast and sweat formed on my forehead. I clutched desperately at the sheets that surrounded me. He could so easily tear them from me.

"Ember."

My eyes widened as he said my name. When I looked up he was in front of me a worried expression clear on his face. He reached up pushing away the tears on my cheeks. I sat still, waiting for his nails to dig into my skin or for him to lash out at me.

"I am not going to hurt you," he whispered, "I am sorry. I know my wolf can be frightening. I didn't like that you were wearing Erin's clothing." He sat behind me running his fingers through my hair as I didn't dare move. I was a bit surprised when I realized he was braiding my hair. His fingers were so gentle, and the action helped calm me down. "I am sorry for not being better for you. I'm sure you know our emotions are so much more animalistic. I will be better. I just feel so much anger for you. I should have been the one to protect you always. I should have been there for you sooner."
He was confusing me. His words didn't make sense. I sit in silence as he plays with my hair.
