Cleaned Up and Calmed Down

It was midnight.

My makeup was running.

I could barely walk on my heels.

Master Cheese shoved me out of his private room, ordered me to thank him, and then kicked my shin when I hesitated.

I felt humiliated and hurt, but at the same time... a sense of loyalty and purpose. I was there for his entertainment, for his pleasure.

I crumpled into a ball on the floor, outside of the golden door. A few minutes later, Silver found me. She clicked her tongue, shaking her head. "Come on," Her voice was soothing, and she gently helped me up. "The night isn't over yet." She whispered in my ear, a little seductively, if I was being honest.

She took me to the restroom and wiped my face clean of the makeup I had put on so carefully only hours earlier. "Why do you wear all this?" Silver asked. "You're just as beautiful without it." Her hand rested on my thigh as she spoke. I gently moved it. "W-what do you mean it's not over?" "Well, you signed the contract," She said matter-of-factly. "So?" "So, you're going to have to live with his other lovers, of which he has many, by the way."

I tried not to feel disappointed or angry. I had read the contract, I had signed the contract. I was okay with this at the time. Why wasn't I okay with this now? I knew he wouldn't have been faithful. It was unfair to ask that of someone of his status. Master Cheese was practically a minor god.

"Well, you're all cleaned up. I'll call Dimitri. He'll pick you up and take you to the mansion." Silver pursed her lips and pulled out her phone. In no time, she was walking me out to a familiar golden limo. I thanked her with teary eyes and shakily stepped in.

There was no time to cry. I was going somewhere else for my new master. I was still at his service. This was just another shift for a job, except this job was working under someone  I loved, someone who wished to create a relationship, but didn't love me back.

I sat alone in the back of the limo and cried a little bit more. When Dimitri parked, I sighed. "Why can't I just go home?" I asked. "Because," Dimitri said, "Your master needs you."

With that, I emerged.
