The VKs: Dragon Hall

First Day At School

The next week, assured the rumors have been shut down, the VKs made their way towards the Slop Shop, the Isle's version of a coffee shop. It sells a variety of expired and used food from Auradon. Their coffee is always strong and black, never making anything weaker than it. The goblins from Maleficent's army run the shop, often misspelling the customers' names; the joke was on them as no one can read Goblin. The goblins have the rule of not letting customers linger if they are done with their meals.

"Ugh, what do you want" A surly goblin groaned at Mal, the creature had once been a minion of Maleficent, and now he was task was reduced to serving up coffee as bitter and dark as their hearts,  or...whatever they had.  "The usual...for all five of us" Mal demanded, she was basically ruthless towards the goblins, who were just as ruthless back.  "Hey, U, you okay?"  Evie asked.  "Um, yeah, yeah," Urson said, but he was actually confused, this morning he had the weirdest dream, he was in Auradon, the enchanted forest, with...Melody, who on earth caused him to dream of her?  And why in Auradon?

The goblins pushed the dark murky cups towards them, and with smirks on their faces, they grabbed them and ran out without paying.

"YOU LITTLE BRATS!!! I'LL BOIL ALL OF YOU IN THE COFFEEPOT!" the goblin shrieked.

"That's what you said last time" Mal winked.

The team looked amazingly fierce in their new outfits, made by Evie.  Mal was wearing a purple and green studded biker jacket, her sleeves were purple, and pink with hints of green.  On the back of her jacket was were sculptured leather dragon wings.  She also sported a pair of ripped purple jeans, and her signature tough-as-nail boots, and the VKs iconic fingerless gloves.  Underneath her jacket was a ripped dark purple shirt with a black-netted undershirt under it.

Urson wrapped his arm around Mal.  He wore a turquoise leather jacket that is slightly military and the bottom of his jacket is fringed, he also sported sports a dark purple undershirt, with a teal, torn T-shirt over it under his military jacket as well,  a pair of teal and black leather pants with gold sparkly rips and teal tassels, and dark aqua hightops, his jacket, hightops, and gloves distressed and adorned with different types of sea trinkets like shiny little crabs, starfishes, seashells, octopuses, feathers, nets, and little skulls.

Evie grinned at Urson.  She wore a distressed studded blue leather jacket.  Her shirt underneath said "EVIELICIOUS!"  She had a studded leather skirt decorated with red and gold studs, black leggings with spots of red and blue, and black combat boots, and of course her golden, red-gemmed tiara.

Jay was ready for the first day at school.  His biceps bulged out of his brown, yellow, and red vest, dark blue jeans with gold zippers, and black boots, his long dark hair flowed from under his red beanie.

Carlos scratched the back of his head, not sure whether to feel excited for a new semester or terrified that he would be bullied again.  He wore a black shirt with streaks of white. Outside, he wore a leather jacket that had different shades of red, black, and white, shorts with a red sash that ties around his waist, and dark red shoes, with fake furs around the ankles

The crew walked up to Dragon Hall, which was actually an old tomb re-purposed to act as a school. The building was purple, basically like Mal and Maleficent.  "Hold up," Urson said, then they heard it.

Bells.  Ringing and echoing through the island from the bell from the top of the tower, where Claudine Frollo was tugging the rope and being pulled along with it as she ran in the official start of the Dragon Hall school day.

The group shared a smirk, they were officially tardy, perfect.

They passed through the moss-covered archway, and into the main tomb, which was buzzing with activity-members of the Truant council putting up signs and Schedules for the semester. "Hey, listen to that" Urson heard Ursa, one of the sea witches playing her violin while singing, as she was in the junior orchestra.

Very few kids scrambled to get out of their way as Mal, Urson, Evie, Jay, and Carlos made their way down the halls, not many kids got out of their way, in fact, some even sneered and stared at them.  Diana Tremaine, one of Lady Tremaine's Numerous granddaughters and grandsons, bumped into Mal, but instead of shaking in her boots and stuttering the words sorry, she just warned them to watch where they're going.  Mal wanted to go after her, but Jay stopped her.  "No, no no, we gotta get to Dr. F" he laughed.

They entered the headmaster's classroom, where they met Dr.  Facilier, the voodoo witch doctor who tried to murder Big Daddy La Bouff, to steal his fortune, unfortunately, Princess Tiana destroyed his talisman before Dr. Facilier can stop her. Upon doing so, Facilier falls into a state of immediate panic and frantically tries to recollect the pieces of the broken talisman, just as his "friends from the other side" arrive, announcing their intentions to collect the doctor's soul as punishment for his failure to repay his debt, and dragged him into the voodoo spirit world, where his soul will be doomed to remain for all eternity, imply to be brought back to life to be imprisoned in the Isle, now he is the founder and headmaster of its school, Dragon Hall and the father of two daughters named Freddie and Celia.

"Welcome to Dragon Hall good students, it's been too long, how are your parents?" The witch doctor asked.  "They're as evil as ever," the VKs said.  "Okay, here are your schedules, you all should have most of the same classes" Dr. Facilier led them out of their office and slammed the door.

"Well come on, we're gonna role this place!" The VKs made their way to their classrooms.
