hello! if you're here from my tumblr or any other social media, hi! if you just clicked on this story from finding it under a tag, then hi, too! this story is mostly about my wild kratts oc, lacey kratt, and zach varmitech, but there will be appearances from the rest of the crew, don't worry. but this introduction is mostly to introduce lacey and give some backstory/lore (?) so y'all aren't confused. also one more thing, the story will not be written with no uppercases and possible grammar issues, I'm simply writing the introduction like this because it's not a chapter it's just an intro :)
lacey kratt (general information)
age: 15
signature color: pink
relation: martin and chris's younger sister
appearance: blue eyes, blonde/dirty blonde hair, slightly taller than average, is basically a mini martin.
some quick notes :)
there will be mentions of the MCU in the prologue because it's Halloween and they've gotta be wearing costumes and yes it might sound cringe to call out the franchise like that, but no matter what, it'll sound cringe
i'm also going to be calling the kratt's parents by their IRL names (linda and william) which may be weird but there's no need to change them so just bear with me LOL
and the final thing, in the prologue, Lacey is 14, Chris is 19, and Martin is 20. But in the actual chapters/story, Lacey is 15, Chris is 20, and Martin is 21. ALSO, before anyone comments, I'm aware Martin and Chris IRL are four years apart, I just headcanon that they have a smaller age gap in the cartoon (since I'm going off the cartoon universe). the only reason i'm putting this in is because i'm planning to keep martin and chris's original birthdates but making them one year instead of four years apart. and it was also harder because i had to add in lacey's birthdate (which is april 20th) so if anyone was trying to do the math, you absolutely can, but those are the ages (thank you to my friend caitlyn for doing the math!) for the prologue and then the couple of months the chapters take place in :)
