Gaara smile when he remember it. Naruto help him and he let him play with Kurama without knowing he is a biju. It was already too late when he realize it. It took him years but he was still happy it happen.
They are the reason why he never fell deeper in darkness. He become a killer but not merciless. He just can't really control his sand until later.
"Gaara, its time!" He heard. Its already been in midnight and he went to the rooftop where he saw a member of SoK who was grinning.
"Cheetah, glad to meet you again. Its been a while I guess. How's Crow? Did you already get him?" Gaara ask.
"Yup, Captain Fox was right, he went to an Alternate Universe. Don'tvworry because we already took care of them. For now, we'll focus on the mission. Many of the Uzu Nins are already scattering inside the village. His seal is already been deactivated so that council of yours was probably a puppet already," Lee said and look to the night sky.
"Let your people to deal with them," Haara coldly said as his eyes become colder at it was. His eyes went darker as his heart become firm.
Time ticks and Deidara went already inside using his clay bird. Sasori just stay at the entrance of their village.
"Ready?" Lee ask. Gaara nodded and use a sand to create something to fly. Lee just use his Ninshu and fly with it.
Lee activate a seal and it sneak to Deidara. Gaara went to activate his sand and upgrade it into Iron Sand and become black. With the help of Naruto, he manage to upgrade his power. Lee is the one who improve his close combat so A-side from Naruto and Sasuke, Lee is the closest to him in SoK member.
It might also be the reason why he is the one that Naruto send for this mission.
"A hindrance, un. I should finish them immediately, Sasori-sempai hates to wait," Deidara said seeing the two approaching him. Lee only wore a Standard Jounin Uniform of Suna and disguise himself into plain looking Jounin. So Deidara greatly underestimate his opponent. Although he's a bit war of Gaara but not the second one.
"Come with me, Ichibi! So we will not have any damage here, un," Deidara demanded.
"Kazekage-sama will not come with you," Lee said imitating a Suna Jounin.
"If you say so, un" Deidara said and ready himself. Gaara move his Black Iron sand in an insane speed. Because of this, Gaara's Black Sand manage to wound Deidara into cheeks. Deidara smirk as he manage to Dodge that fast move of Gaara's Black Sand not knowing a piece of Black Iron headed his way inside Deidara's body.
Lee blasted Deidara's Clay Bird using Wind Base Seals. So Deidara cannot immediately counter attack the two because of their raw speed. One is more offensive and one is more on defensive but what was terrifying is they are like sync that they know what each others thinking.
"I greatly underestimate you. We should be headed out now. So I'll be serious now, un" Deidara access the small back in his hips and let the mouth in his hand to chew it. After having enough clay bomb, he molded it and strategizingly manage to get thru Gaara's sand.
"Such a powerful defense, un," Deidara said and smirk. Lee and Gaara become more agressive and manage to land Deidara's face.
"He is good at dodging," Lee said in their ear piece. Lee can't exceed his speed right now if he wanted to be sync to Gaara. He know that their combo had this weakness and they are still improving it.
"This is f---ing unyouthful. We should deal him immediately. I need your full control and speed Gaara," Lee seriously said.
"I'll do my best," the two sync again but Deidara can see that they become faster. Explosion was made again but this time, instead the explosion explose in the village, it explode near to Deidara.
"You! You're ruining this beautiful art of mine! Both of you need to pay this, un!" Deidara shouted and made a clay bomb again. Gaara's Sand protect the whole village to the explosions while Lee activate a seal that he just made. It was a Wind Base Seals that can travel thru wind. Because of its activation, Deidara's Clay Bird explode to him.
The seal was made to prevent the victim to duplicate his attack and what he did using his hand. The Clay Bird was made by Deidara's hanf ao when he uses his hand to make a Bird Clay again, he can't do it now.
"You will pay for this! Un!" Deidara said and tried to make a mini clay bomb. He drop it in the main road so the impact was really big.
Both Gaara and Lee went down and saw that Deidara is still alive. Apparently, he cover himself using the Clay he only got and protect himself using it.
"Still alive," Lee said. They heard a sceam around and smirk.
"Looks like Sasori's puppet is now all getting killed by my army. We need to deal him now," Lee said. Gaara nodded and start to attack Deidara with Lee.
Meanwhile, Sasuke end up being a back up. But he needs to deal Sasori first.
"You are a member of Shadow of Konoha," Sasori seriously said.
"And?" Sasuke ask as if he didn't care.
"And you're not even care if I report this to my leader?" Sasori ask.
"As if you will still manage to be alive," Sasuke said and activate his Sharingan. Sasuke take his sword or one sword is enough. Sasori use his Hiruko's tail to block Sasuke's sword but Sasuke just smirk and he disappear.
Sasuke did know about their strenght and weakness. The fact that he had more experience than Sasori, Sasuke had the big advantage to this fight but still Sasuke didn't underestimate his opponent so he should be careful
