Chapter 10

                         *Seven months later*

Lucien's POV: it's been 7 months since Aurora became Faith's mother. Aurora moved in a month after and we started dating around the same time. But today is the fourth of July and I plan to propose to her. But something in me is telling me not to,like she only wants faith or she's using you or she has never loved you. But I'm going to do it anyways,because that's the type of man I am. So before I go pick Aurora and Faith,I meet Aya and go to a jewelry store and pick out a ring. Finally we find the perfect one. I give it to Aya so Aurora doesn't find it until I'm ready.

                          *Two hours later*

I pick Aurora and Faith up and we go pick up Tristan and Aya so we can go to the park and cookout and watch fireworks."Lucien can you bring me the stuff that looks like a brain" Tristan says looking to me.
"Tristan it's called ground beef and please stop this game where you call stuff something else" I say looking at him with an annoyed look. "But Lucy it's so fun to watch you Annoyed and yelling at me"He says looking me dead in the eyes. "I am very uncomfortable with the tension you two have made here in the park today" Aurora says looking at the both of us and Aya dying laughing in the back. "Aurora please stop quoting vines, vine is dead please you're going to kill me" Aya says still crying. "Vine is never dead, Aya for as long as Mr.Thomas Sanders is alive, so is vine ok" Aurora says looking at Aya dead in the eyes with a straight face."Ok message reserved" Aya says scared.

                          *three hours later*

It's currently 8:30 I'm playing to propose at 8:50. So I go to Aya to get the ring. We say we're going to get fried Oreos and lemonade as a cover. I come back to see Tristan chasing Faith to pass some time and Aurora watching them from the tailgate of the truck.

                                 *It's time*

I walk up to Aurora and grab her hands and help her down and get down on one knee. "Lucien.."Aurora says looking at me with her hand covering her mouth.
"Aurora de Martel I have known you for over a thousand years and we've had are ups and downs and we've had one wild adventure. We have a daughter and you're an amazing mother to that little girl and I want to add another chapter to our story. So Aurora will you marry me??" I say looking at her. "YES! Lucien yes!" She says with excitement. So I slip the ring on her finger and kiss her. "I love you" I say. "I love you too" she says in return. And with that the fireworks start.
