Chapter 6

Magnus's POV
Who was that? Why is my heart beating like this? I put a hand over my heart and felt my heart beating so fast. I must find that girl and make her mine.
Nevaeh's POV
I took a taxi and gave the driver Clary's apartment's address. Ten minutes later, i felt the car stop and figured that i had already arrived. I paid the driver and got out of the car.
When i entered the apartment/store, it was empty, but i soon heard Clary's voice from upstairs.
I went up the stairs and started walking towards the room where Clary's at.
"A-and there were tentacles coming out of it's face and i killed a man. A- am i going crazy?" Clary said to Jocelyn, who looked calm. I went inside the room, and everyone turned their head towards my direction.
"Nevy! Thank god you're safe." Dot said. What's that supposed to mean? Jocelyn and Clary continued talking about how the tattoos on the blondie looked like and started taking some kind of stick out and hovered it over her wrist. I gasped when i saw some type of symbol on her wrist.
"Mom, what the hell?" Clary said. Then Jocelyn started saying that everything me and Clary saw had an explanation. But suddenly Aunt Dot said to Jocelyn that "they're here" and that a guy named Magnus told Aunt Dot to warn them.
Jocelyn took out some sort of purple crystal necklace and wore it around Clary's neck and told her to touch the necklace whenever Clary thought of her.
"Aunt Dot... What's happening?" I asked her, scared. She looked at me with tears in her eyes. She hugged me. I hugged her back. " Everything's gonna be okay, my little cupcake." She said. I pulled away and saw her face was stained with tears. "Dot! Open it." Jocelyn said. Open what? Dot stood in front of a wall and hovered her hand over the wall, and suddenly, some sort of portal appeared.
"Dot? W-what's happening? How did you do that?" I said, and Jocelyn started pulling Clary, making her stand in front of the portal and asking her where Luke would be.
"Where are you taking, Clary, Jocelyn?" I asked. Dot took my hand and made me stand beside Clary. "Dot? " i said, looking at her. She looked at me crying and then she hugged me. "I'll miss you so much, Cupcake." She said, and i felt she put something in my pocket. She let me go. I felt like i got pulled away from her. "Aunt Dot!" I screamed, and in a blink of an eye, i was in the police station.
"Clary? Nevaeh? What are you guys doing here?" I looked to my right and saw the police captain. "Uhh, we're waiting for Luke. He said he'll send us home." Clary said, and I got up from the floor, standing beside Clary.

I couldn't concentrate on Clary and the police captain's conversation because i was busy thinking about Dot. Why would she miss me? How can she summon a portal with her bare hands? What's gonna happen to Dot and Jocelyn?

The police captain walked away, leaving us alone again. I started crying. I felt Clary hugged my body, and I leaned more towards her, trying to find a bit of comfort so that I didn't imagine whats the worstthat could happen to my aunt.

"It's ok. I'm sure Dot's gonna be fine." She said. I nodded my head, and we started searching for Luke.
Bith Clary and I heard voices, possibly around 3, and wondered where the voices came from. We checked and  saw Luke and two other people talking. I was about to shout Luke's name, but Clary puleed me down with her.

I looked at her. "What was that for?!" I whispered at her. "Shhh!" She said. We listened to their conversation. But then i was shocked when Luke said that he didn't care for the two of us and would let the people he was talking to kill us. I heard a sob. I looked at Clary with tears in my eyes. " Mom," she said and ran out of the building. "Clary!" I said in a low voice, not wanting Luke or the two people to hear me.

I started following Clary. Clary entered the house,  and so did I. I gasped when i saw the apartment in a mess. What the hell happened here? Clary suddenly picked up an axe. We walked further and we suddenly saw... Dot.
"Dot." I said in a happy tone and went to hug her. I released the hug and looked at her. "Where's Jocelyn?" I asked and looked around. "Rogue Shadowhunters took Jocelyn." She suddenly said but her voice seemed different. It's like someone's else's. Dot suddenly asked if Jocelyn had ever mentioned a cup to us.

I walked back to Clary and looked at my aunt. " No, Dot. Jocelyn has never ever mentioned a cup to us. Is it those cups from downstairs? And why would you ask us this when Jocelyn is missing?!" I said. She looked at me and Clary. "You know more than you know, Clary Fairchild and Nevaeh Seraphina." She said before her whole body appearance changed into this hideous creature.

What the hell? It was about to attack Clary, so i went in front of her, making me the target. I suddenly felt a sting on my waist and arm. I screamed in pain.

"Nev!" I heard Clary said and i fell to the floor. I heard a screech and figured Clary hurt the creature until i heard a scream from Clary. " Clary!" I shouted and wanted to get up, but I couldn't.

I heard another voice, but it was faint to me, but it sounded like a males voice. I couldn't hear anything anymore as I let darkness consumed my whole consciousness.
