-Itadori, in reality, was still very much in love with you, and it seemed as though day by day it had been growing, so when you walked out of the door and he hadn't seen you since he felt so alone
-He's breaking without you, you were his other half, his equal part, both of you knew that, so it felt like he was losing a part of himself
