Part two is coming out

Do with it as you might, but the powers that can be held in a single hold can be carried through lifetimes apart. It is unknown just how much it meant in the singular moment in time, but as time seems to pass, it was an ornament that was meant to withstand it all.

Sukuna likes to remind himself that perhaps this ideology is the only reason he misses your warmth.

He traces the lines you imprinted on him those centuries ago, grazing gently over his skin just in case he'll erase that lasting warmth forever.

He was naïve in his youth. Prideful and seeking revenge on those not deserving his wrath.

And while he did all he wanted, he knew that deep down no matter who he killed and what women and men he ravaged, it would never seem to fill that lonely ache he felt whenever he saw a couple frolicking in their free time.

His deep groans filled the empty space, her whines following in suit. As they reached the end of their act the sounds seemed to die down, and the woman slumped in his arms, turning over with an arm slung around her eyes, and bliss was written across her face.

His bed had cracked again, and he tutted in annoyance at yet another one to replace.

As he stood up and pulled his robes over his body he looked back to the person sprawled across his sheets, soft snores escaping her lips.

Opening the door he saw as the corridor was empty, the servants probably worked somewhere else regarding him and his temporary partner.

While it's true that curses don't feel the need to eat, Sukuna sometimes found himself hungry after certain things, and right now he could have tricked himself to hear his stomach grumble.

Making his way to the kitchens he rounded the corner, the sound of laughs evident the more he walked towards the door that led to the dining area.

Popping his head he saw two girls laughing at the edge of the table, one of them wiping their eyes as tears trickled around the corner, and the other held their stomach, and her head was thrown back in laughter.

It was an inconvenience that they weren't up and ready at his every waking moment, and with his other nagging feeling, he wasn't in the best mood.

"Who runs this area?" He asked suddenly and the two girls snapped their heads around, quickly standing to their feet, bowing in respect before one looked up.

"I do, sir." His eyes snapped to her, raising an eyebrow.

"Then may I ask what you deemed necessary enough to drop your duties and loiter around doing absolutely nothing?" He inched closer, squinting as he looked back and forth between the two.

"There was no reason for us to have done so, sir, it was an incompetent thing for us to do and will never happen again." She kept her head down.

"What's your name?" The girl beside her was still bowing, but he could pick up on her distress in the way her hands shook, and quiet whimpers that were heard was also a dead giveaway.

He concluded that she couldn't have been any younger than fifteen.

"My name is F/n L/n, sir." He bent down to his knees, roughly grabbing her face in his hands, his nails digging into her cheeks. Bringing her face up, he saw her more clearly.

Her eyes, despite the obvious fear, were clear of any emotions. And even though he had seen many a color when it came to eyes, he'd be damned if he said these weren't the prettiest he'd seen yet.
