I rest my forehead on hers and smile,
we both giggle. "Hi." I say. "Hey." She
says back. Hey..... that's all you can
think to say at a time like this. God. I'm
so stupid. Tori suddenly jumps. "What?
Are you okay?" She darts her eyes
around the room. " No did you hear
that?" "Uhm. No. Tori?" She gets up
slowly. I grab her arm tightly. "Stay
here." She whispers. I shake my head
no and pull at her arm. "Please dont
leave me." I look her in the eyes.
Desperate for her to say. She sighs.
"Jade.... something is here. I need to go see what it is. Im not going far I
promise. Please just sit tight. I cant just
stay here without looking." "W..well let
me come with you." She looks at me
and holds my hand that's on her arm.
"Please." I say she takes her hand off of
me and pulls her arm out. "I'm going to
be right back." She slowly walks off
looking around every corner. I see her
go upstairs and then I dont see her
anymore. I sit on my couch, it's quiet. I
hear someone walking around, the
shoes are heavy footed like Beck. Tori
is to dainty to make those loud
clunking sounds. I start to freak out. I
hear a door creak open. "T..tori?" I look
around a corner and theres Beck,
holding a knife standing creepily in the
corner of a room. My closet door is
open. How long has he been in it. I
open my mouth to scream for Tori but
nothing comes out. He takes one look
at me and smiles. He has this creepy
wide ass smile, kinda like Jeff the
Killer, or Joker, but with long greasy
black hair. He darts upstairs, I try and
scream for Tori but nothing comes out,
I'm breathless, terrified of what's going
to happen to her. I'm trying to move
my body but I'm frozen in fear. Could
this be it, could I really be about to lose
Tori for good. Then is Beck gonna come
and kill me. "T..tori." I manage to
barely let the words escape my
quivering lips. I'm shaking, like I'm
freezing cold. But I'm not cold at all
I have this burning feeling in the pit of
my stomach. No. I'm not about to loose Tori again.
"TORI!" I somehow manage to scream
with all of my power.
