I WAS SITTING IN my office at the Club Dynasty, when my phone starts t ring. I pick the phone up, and see it was Max calling. I answer the call, putting it to my ear.

"Hey, babe." I tell him, happily.

"So, Uncle Max died." He tells me bluntly.

"What?" I ask him, shocked.

"Also, my mother wants to meet my girlfriend." He continues.

"Okay, were you just planning to dump all of this at once?" I ask him.

"It wasn't planned, but it was fun." He tells me.

"THEY FOUND HIM NAKED in his penthouse." Liam exclaims, as him, Max, Fallon and I were standing around the room. And, Culhane was also there.

"They said he died of a heart attack." Max tells us.

"Nobody saw it coming." Liam says.

"Well, I'm so shocked and sorry." Fallon says, dramatically, and I eye her suspiciously. "I mean, I know how much Uncle Max meant to you both."

"Hm, not really." Max shrugs.

"Yeah, well, there's more." Liam says. "All of our family in New York, they'll be throwing a memorial."

"Oh, well, we can go to New York." Fallon says, excitedly.

"We can't." Max replies.

"See, our mom wasn't close with her brother, but she knew I was, so she's flying over from Capri to see how Max and I are doing..." Liam continues. "And to meet my wife and Max's girlfriend."

"What?" Fallon asks surprised.

"I'm sorry, but she's gonna be the one taking over the company now, which means she's gonna have to sign off on the sale." Liam explains.

"Of course she is." Culhane says, not believing him.

"Unless Uncle Max signed the contract before he died, but I don't think he did." Liam continues. "I called his lawyers this morning and they couldn't find the executed copy."

Culhane scoffs.

"Listen, I'll leave you four alone, but can I talk to you first, please, Fallon?" Culhane asks.
