Chapter 3: Hanging with Katie

Today is Thursday May 13th, 2021. This week has been pretty weird. Not only did Tony Maxwell talk to me on Monday during school, but also my mom has been going on a lot of dates. Which is weird because she is not really a 'going on a date' kind of woman. She doesn't like having to dress up, just to eat dinner, then to come home and just prolly go to sleep.

But that's not what's important right now. What's important is that Katie and I are going to the Mall of America in a few hours, I am getting dressed then picking her up. Gladly she only lives like 3 minutes away. I am wearing a baby pink crop top from Forever21, with light blue ripped jeans, with my white Nike Air Force shoes. Katie wore about the same thing, white Nike's blue ripped jeans, and a pink crop top from Forvever21.

Many hours passed and we had a lot of fun, went to a lot of stores, and bought a lot of stuff. we even ate at the food court. As we walked around, Katie talked about cute guys and we laughed, as we walked past some, and she would tell me things like... "guuurl, he cuteee!" or.. "oooooh. cute. Nickkkk, go talk to him." "look. at. him... ooooooh. CuTe! let me just put on my charm." She's funny, that's why I love being around her. she is a great, funny, caring, kind, sweet, sensible, humorous, silly, goofy friend who is always there in all life's up-and downs.

I don't know what I would do without her...

After we got home, I stopped by my house and picked up Rufus to bring to Kati's, and I dropped off my bags, and we left. 

When we got to Katie's, we played some video games. And we played truth or dare, game of life, and clue.  Did our hair, makeup and nails. Katie loves doing hair and nails, she worked at a salon once. she didnt like it too much, they were too stricked.
