Chapter 3

Daniel POV

"Georges..... Daniel this place is really expensive. I thought were were going some where like Applebees or Olive Garden." Amera says looking stressed out

"Well we was going to go to Olive Garden but my brother wanted to impress your sister so I chose here. And don't worry about the bill I got money."

I turned the car off looked Amera in the face and for the first time in a long time I thought I had a connection with someone.

I mean I've always known her. She always talks to my mom and little sister. But I never really met her.

I said "Amera the only reason I brought you out here to show you that I'm not like them other boys."

"What I'm trying to say is, Amera... will you be my bae, my R.O.D., my whole world?" I said with a tear rolling down my face.

I didn't mean to cry but I kinda got a little emotional.

Amera wiped the tear off my face and said "Yes I will. " with a kool-aid smile on her face.

After that I got out the car and opened the door for her. We walked inside of George's and I told the waitress my name and she took us to our table.

Unknown POV

So I'm at work and I see that same dude with Amera. So I decided to walk over there and "take their order"

"And what would you like to drink today." I asked them trying to act like I didn't know who it was.

"Umm.. Really. I want another waiter." The dude said

"Baby it'll be ok they assign them tables. And we so happened to be at his." Amera told him.

"Oh so not only did you try to mack on my girl but you got her thinking y'all are together." I said getting mad.

"I'm not your girl anymore. I told you that already. I'm Daniel's girl now." Amera said

"Hey baby lets go somewhere else." Dude said

"Lets go to my place. I'll cook something up for you. I can be your waitress." Amera said as they got up and left

David POV

So me and Amira decided to go to the movies instead. This girl remind me so much of me like we have so much in common. I hope she is the one to change my mind.

Amira POV

I don't think David is the relationship type. I kinda didn't want to go on this date but I gotta admit Amera does do alot of these for me. I just hope she's happy.

Now time to work my magic.

"Umm... David I'm kinda cold do you think you could keep me warm."

"Sure ma." He said

I lifted up the arm rest, scooted over to him, and snuggled up to him.

Hour and a half later

The movie is over and me and David is on our way home.

"So why did you decide to take me to the movies all the way in the city. You know Guthrie has a movie theatre" I asked

"I dont know I grew up going to that movie theater." He said still looking at the road

"Well we're an hour and a half away from my house almost two hours away."

"Okay."

I put my aux cord in the car and then in my phone and started playing Tuesday by Drake
