It was around 9 AM when Alec woke up, the others were already awake at this point, Sinner was listening to music while Lizzy was painting on her tablet that aunt Sofya got her
"About time you woke up, eh?" said Izzy as she looked at her cousin from one of the two seats in front of him
"Yeah," he replied sleepily as he turned to Maddie who was on her that uncle Marcel got her for her 6th birthday, he smiled at his cousin before turning to Izzy "what time is it?"
"About 9:20 AM" she replied as she continued drawing
"How much longer?" he asked as he looked at his watch
"About 13 to 15 more hours" replied Talia as she looked at the road "did you sleep well, Alec?"
"Yeah," he replied as he stretched "one of the best sleep I've had in a while"
"That's good," she looked back at him then at the road again "we stopped at a gas station while you were asleep, there are some snacks and drinks in the bag under the couch, eat something if you want to"
"Okay, thank you," he said as he grabbed a packet of brownies and a drink and began eating when Tati's phone started ringing
"Huh?" she picked up the phone while still looking at the road then noticed who it was "hey, it's Marcel"
"Marcel?" Izzy looked at the older woman who answered and soon Marcel's face was on the screen
"Hey Mars" greeted Talia as she answered the face-time call
"Hey guys, how has the road been?"
"So far it's been long " they chuckled at that as the kids were eager to talk to the older vampire
"Hi Marcel!" happily exclaimed Maddison as she looked at the phone that Tatiana passed to them
"Hey kid," he said as he smiled at them and soon everyone that was there when they left was at the loft, even some of the vampires were there, they all talked for about 10 minutes before the moment died when they heard a voice they all knew, the voice that they all hated, specially Sinner
"Marcel!" was what they heard
With Mikaleson's POV
"Marcel!" screamed Klaus as they entered Marcel's loft
"What are you all doing here?" Marcel questioned as he looked at the Mikaelson's walking in "none of you are welcomed here"
"Tell us where our kids are" demanded Klaus as he looked at his old friend and the others
"Why should we when all you did was ignore them?" said Josh as he looked at them
"Joshua, I would warn you to just tell us where our children are," said Elijah as he stood next to his younger brother
"Marcel, Josh, Sophie, please tell me where my daughter is," Davina said as she looked at them
"Look, Davina, I would do anything for you but this time, I am not choosing to help you," said Marcel as he looked at them
"Tell us or I will rip you apart," said Rebekah as she looked at her old lover as she walked up to them and grabbed Marcel by his throat
"No! let him go" the small voice of Maddison was heard from the phone that was in Marcel's hand, Rebekah grabbed it and saw her daughter for the first time
"Maddie" Rebekah left out a sigh as she looked at her daughter
"...Hi mom..." said the young blonde girl
