I walk out of my last class and walk to my friends. "Come on guys" I grab Emma's shirt and start dragging her "lets get out of here, do you think I wanna be here for forever on the last day of school?"
"yea yea" ray complains. "You just walked out"
"Oh, that reminds me. Are you two dating yet" I look at Norman.
"ok like shut up but yea, I asked her last night"
"yesss" we open the school doors.
"So guys," Emma starts, "its summer break. Where should we go"
"we should get some drinks at the gas station and then go to the park." Norman suggests.
"that's a really good idea Norman." Ray says.
"mhm" I nod.
We make it to the gas station and go inside. I look at the choices, trying to decide what I want. I look at my money again. I only brought 3 dollars. I open the cooler and get (I dunno a pop flavor) and go to the snack section.
"hey, what do you think ur gonna get"
"ray, bro you scared me"
He puts his arm on my shoulder and smiles at me. I lean down and grab some airheads bite thingys (you know what I talking about?) "Probably these"
"gay bacon?"
"yes" I laugh, "gay bacon"
We go up to the counters. I put my stuff up after ray pays for his.
"that will be 3.50"
"shit" I mutter.
"you dont have enough, do you?" Ray smirks.
"shut up and give me 50¢"
Ray laughs as he puts 2 quarters on the counter.
The cashier hands me my things and we walk out, Norman and Emma already outside.
"what did you get" Emma asks.
"A pop and some air heads"
"awww I want some"
"Mhm, anyways, should we go home and drop off our bags?" Ray asks
"yeah. Were should we meet?
"how about at your house, Y/n you are like in the middle of all of our houses" Norman suggests
"yea, mk" I say.
And with that, we are at our houses.
I walk into my house and go to my room. I drop my backpack and go into the living room. I look at the time. Dad should be on his break right now. I'm gonna call him.

"hey kid, how are you"
"hey dad. I'm doing great. Schools out for the summer so me, ray, Norman, and Emma are going to hang out around town for a bit."
"oh yeah. That's right. No more school. At least for three months, huh?"
"yeah" should I tell him about ray?

"so, anything new, besides that?"
"uh, actually, yeah."
"yeah?"
"Dad, um, I have a boyfriend."
"wait, really?" He chuckles. "For how long?"
"well, officially for a week"
"and who is this guy? I want to meet him."
"dad you've already met him."
"I have?"
"its ray"
"ahhhh"
"so?"
"I think he's a good guy."
"that's good. Well, I have to get going. Bye dad"
"bye y/n"
I hang up. I'm glad he doesnt mind. I go outside with my stuff, and see ray already sitting on the side walk.
"hi ray"
"hey"
I sit down next to him. "I told my dad that we are dating."
"what did he say"
"he's cool with it."
"good." He looks at me, smiles, and kisses me.
"ugh get a room" Norman says.
I look at them and they were walking, holding hands. "Shut up"
"well come on" Emma hold out her hand for me to take "lets go" I take her hand and she pull me up.
Ray stand up and we start walking towards the park.
