Chapter 7: Alana's True Nightmare

We entered the room and looked around we saw the empty bottle of "True Nightmare" bottle empty. We turned around and there was Alana laying

on the ground passed out. Sonic bent down to go pick her up and jumped back. "That isn't Alana..", He spoked. I went around him, and step closer

to Alana to see what he was talking about. "Alana?", I asked. She sat up and lifted her head up with a wide smile and pointy teeth , her eyes turned

black. "Yes Tails?", her voice sounded like a little girls voice. She stood up and looked straight at me, "I've been expecting you for awhile now; I mean

it was getting lonely without you both. ", she smirked.

"Well now you aren't alone anymore". I said . "Yes indeed . I've been wanting you to see my new look, both of you; especially you Sonic. ", she

spoked. She walked past me to Sonic and looked at him up and down , seemed like she was studying him. Sonic looked at her, his eyes were wide

with fear. This has been the first time I've seen Sonic scared, I tried to speak but Alana cut me off " I had the same reaction too; when I saw you like

this. I never truly understood why you enjoy this in the first place , but now I do. I can feel the power , it's overwhelming , yet feels so good. ", Sonic

was in shock.

He looked at me as to speak , as to ask if this is what made him hurt me. I only nodded , I didn't want to provoke something else just yet. Alana

smiled ; she looked at me and started to speak again. "Why would you want to destroy something so powerful and wonderful as this? It's amazing." I

answered; "because too much power is a bad thing, it hurts others." "Others, oh you mean the bunny named Cream, and the Hedgehog named Amy.

You're saying I could hurt them? Haha, great idea! Oh no; I know something better! How about I make them suffer and then inject them with this

amazing liquid?" She answered back. "NO! DON'T HURT THEM!" Sonic yelled.

"I'm not going to hurt them, other than make them suffer a little then I'm going to fill them with lots of powerful stuff." She smiled. I looked to

Sonic, he was mad, he was glaring at her. Alana smirked; "though I can't do it alone after all , they will only trust you Sonic. " ; she walked up closer

to him and leaned in with a needle injecting him. Sonic's eyes widen looking at me as he fell to the floor passing out, I knew what was going to

happen , I had to run; I have to find the others fast and warn them. I ran out and started running to the exit of the castle , I ran down the stairs and

continued down the hall.

I knew that I left him back there, but if I can get to the others now , I'll be able to stop people from getting hurt. I got to the exit of the castle and

ran out. I didn't look back, I couldn't there was no possible way I could or I would be too late. I ran down the path that led us here.

As I ran , I started getting déjà vu , I slowed down to get a look around to see where I was. I never seen this place before , though I could recall like I

was lying on the ground and I was next to , to Sonic. Then it hit me, I was here when I was dead , and tears start flowing from my eyes.

Sonic carried me here, carried my dead body here. He carried it all the way to Crystal; I fell to my knees ,sobbing . He did all of this for me, it

must of been so hard for him. He saved me, and I was running away . I know I have to get the others , before Alana gets to them, but I need to go

back and save Sonic first. I took a deep breath and started running to the castle faster than I ever have before , I was more determined than ever. I

was going to save my best friend and we are going to be both alive. I never gave up on him so he better not give up on me; "I'M COMING

SONIC."! I yelled as I ran to the entrance of the castle.
