Shehnaaz woke up in the middle of the night. She looked at Sidharth who had hugged her and slept like a baby. She slowly planted a kiss on his forehead and released herself from his embrace.

She got down from the bed and started strolling. She was feeling choked in that house where the head of the house was getting money from criminals and blood mongers. She opened the door and went on to the terrace to breathe some fresh air. It was chilled and she leaned to the terrace fence folding her hands.

She felt the warmth when she found a familiar embrace from behind. It was Sidharth. He covered both of them with a shawl as he embraced her.

Sidharth: What happened Shehnaaz? Why are you so upset?

Shehnaaz: Nothing dear. I wasn't getting sleep.

Sidharth: There is surely something which you are not disclosing. Sweetheart. Even before we accepted our relationship as husband and wife, we are good friends. If not as a husband share with me as a friend atleast.

He placed his chin on the corner of her neck. She closed her eyes and leaned back.

Shehnaaz: I wish I could!

She spoke her mind out loudly not realising. He pecked her ears.

Sidharth: Don't you trust me?

Shehnaaz: I do sweetheart! But some fights are meant to be fought alone!

Sidharth: But we aren't two different people. You are my other half. Tell me Jaan. What's bothering you? It's a swear on me, don't hide it from me.

Shehnaaz turned and hugged him. He gave her his swear and she had no option left.

Shehnaaz: Can we go outside? I can't talk here.

Sidharth nodded and they went down and Sidharth and Shehnaaz quietly drove out of the house. He pulled the car at an isolated place.

Shehnaaz: Sidharth, I need your promise that you would listen to the full conversation before you decide or react on anything. Do you promise?

Sidharth: Yes, I do!

Shehnaaz: Whatever happens, just remember my love is true and I love you more than anything in this world.

Sidharth: What is it? Why so much tensed? I love you too Jaan.

Shehnaaz: Sidharth, long ago there was once a wealthy business man named Suryadev Raghuvanshi. He was married to Sukanya Raghuvanshi who was a Police officer and they had two kids. He had two best friends A and B.

A and B, always took favours from him and he didn't mind helping them since they were his friends from very young age. A was married to a girl whose father was a big politician. A had 2 kids from the marriage. Slowly, A & B both joined politics. To set up their political career, A & B took a huge investment from Suryadev.

One day, Sukanya told Suryadev that his friends were criminals and they kidnapped, looted and also committed murders. She was yet to find concrete evidence against them before she could arrest them. She further asked him to stay away from them. However, A & B murdered Sukanya on duty.

Suryadev realised that it was his own friends who killed his wife. When he threatened them, they not only murdered him but also took over all his money and property illegally. Suryadev's kids were orphaned and looked after by Sukanya's brother for few years until he died in a road accident. They made their living through Sukanya's pension.

Sidharth: Why are you telling this story now? What does it has to do with you?

Shehnaaz: I am not Shehnaaz Yadav. My real name is Shehnaaz Raghuvanshi and my brother is Rudhradev Raghuvanshi. Sukanya Raghuvanshi was my mother and father's name was Suryadev Raghuvanshi. A & B is none other than Akhilesh Mathur and Jaichand Bundela.
