As the baby grabbed the the quills, he noticed a large red mass of quills. Excited, the baby dropped the pile in his hands and ran up to the large mass. Before he could get closer, the mass turned a round.

The baby ending up holding onto a leg.

Flaky almost screamed when they felt something on their leg. Trembling, they looked down to see a baby. It took a moment of staring, but Flaky finally relaxed.

They bent down and held the baby in their arms. Babies aren't scary, except chicks, so they felt at ease to be near him.

"H-hello little guy."

He giggled in return of the greeting.

They smiled a little more and heard their name being called.
