Zero's POV:

The car ride was awkward af..... Five was tense holding onto me and Diego kept looking back mad at Five and worried for me.... I do appreciate his loyalty but really he needs to move on..... when we got out of the car the building was busy..... lots of people dressed up nice...... Diego and Lila quickly hid behind some cars and Five and I followed..... "What's the plan?" I whisper out to Five.... Diego starts but Five cuts him off "Find the Old Man and get out" he whispers back.... I look at Diego and he nods agreeing..... I watch as Diego heads off.... and Lila turns around to face us.... "After you" she smirks and Five growls at her, "Listen my dimwitted bother may fall for your act but I sure as hell don't..." Lila scuffs at him "O ye little faith..." she whispers out and he gives her the fakest smile I've ever seen... "Stick it up your ass" he smiles at her lips closed eyes wide... sarcastic much..... damn he's so fucking hot when he's angry....she huffs turning around to follow Diego..... Five starts to continue after her but I tug his jacket pushing my lips against his hasty to taste his anger..... he is surprised at first but he quickly kisses me back harshly..... he pulls away and I smirk at his confused look "I love it when your mean" I purr in his ear as I sweep past him.... 

I feel him slap my ass hard as I pass him and I let out a small gasp as I turn back to see him smiling devilishly.... I chuckle at him as we both catch up to Diego and Lila.... We slip into the party unnoticed as we start to look around.... Lila and Diego head into the ballroom as Five grabs my hand blinking us upstairs....I see a group of men all dressed in black heading into a room..... A man with a stern look and a monocle quickly sweeps the hallway, Five pulls me back hiding behind a wall and I hold my breath.... we hear a door close softly and I lean up to FIve's ear..."Is that?" I whisper and he grabs my waist peeking his head around the hallway.....he sighs stepping out from the wall, "Yeah that's the old man...." I can feel his tension rise and I kiss his neck lightly... he smiles down at me as he slowly starts walking towards the door....

 "We need to hear them...." he whispers out more so talking to himself than me.... I see his head tilt... he thought of something.... he grabs my waist again and we blink into a closet.... I quickly hold my breath as he looks through the closet door..... I want to help him but I don't know how.... I just hold his hand and squeeze it lightly..... he doesn't squeeze back and I feel his aura grow even more anxious..... suddenly he whispers out "Dad" and he steps back in shock hitting a hanger.... his eyes go wide as he's about to speak but I quickly slap my hand over his mouth but it's too late..... I watch as his dad starts his way towards the closet.... Five isn't moving but we have to get out of here..... I quickly blink us both out of the closet and into the hallway pushing Five out of view.... Five sighs running his hands through his hair pacing around.... "Damn it!" he angrily whispers out.....

He is frustrated..... I start to worry....Shit was I not supposed to blink us out.... I didn't know what else to do...."Sorry I didn't know what else to do.." I nervously whisper out to him and he takes a deep breath in looking at me, I take a step back worried and he frowns at me his eyebrows crease as he shakes his head at me, "No you did perfect...." I sigh in relief walking towards him and he wraps me up in big hug.... I lean up and kiss his chin lightly as I feel his aura calm down.... I sigh in relief as Five lets go of me and starts walking down the hallway.... he's thinking I can tell.... I just watch him silently waiting.... I've never really seen him freeze the way he did in that closet..... I wonder If I will ever actually meet his dad.... Suddenly I'm snapped out of my thoughts.... I'm thrown against the wall and I gasp out hitting the wall hard.... I breathe out shakily opening my eyes.... it's some white haired Swedish dude.... 

"Zero!" I hear Five exclaim as he blinks over to me.......really the Handler sent them? I look at Five and then I blink up and jump on the Swedes back..... I wrap my arm around his neck as he grunts out trying to get me off..... he slams me against the wall and I let go blinking away.... I look around.... shit there's another one here.... Five is struggling.....no.... I'm distracted and the Swede quickly grabs my shoulder throwing me back against the wall... seriously against the wall again?!? I groan standing up, man I'm gonna be so bruised.... I quickly take out my knife and blink towards him slicing his leg as I duck underneath him.....he groans out angrily as I lash him.... I look over and see Five get punched hard in the stomach.... crap... fuck it.... I blink over to the other guy and jump on his back pulling him back away from Five.... Five looks up at me and I quickly stab the guy in the back jumping off of him..... I blink back over to the other Swede trying to keep him occupied..... "Shit!" I hear someone yell... I look back and it's Diego.... 

The Swede punches me hard in the stomach while I'm distracted and I fly back landing straight into Diego.... Diego grabs me standing me up as he takes out his own knife... the Swede starts at him and Diego charges at him...... I hold my rib as I struggle to regain my strength.... I watch as Diego makes a swift cut on the Swedes arm.... I hear Five grunt out and I quickly blink over to him.... I jump on the Swedes back again and tug his head back hard... the Swede stubbles back but then hits the wall... slamming me against it too.... I fall off his back as I hear Five cry out "Lotus!" I open my eyes and see the Swede grab him... No.... I blink over to Diego but I don't make it all the way... I fall down in the middle of the hallway.... "Oh man" I hear someone whisper up.... I look up and see Lila... she looks down at me but then her head looks from Five to Diego and then back again..... She's going to help Diego..... to my surprise she takes out a knife and runs towards Five.... Diego looks at her in shock as he continues struggling to fight....... I taste blood and notice I'm coughing up blood..... damn..... 

I look over and see Lila get the Swede under control.... she makes him pass out as she quickly runs over helping Diego..... Diego glares at Lila as they tag team the man..... I watch as Deigo stabs the man in the stomach and the Swede groans on the floor.... there's no way he's getting up after that.... I sigh in relief as I look over to Five.... but I see the other Swede get up.... he starts charging at Five.... Five isn't looking.... shit... he's going to push him out the fucking building.... I close my eyes... come on powers... I blink pushing Five out of the way as I feel the Swede push me.... everything goes in slow mo as I stare into the Swede's angry eyes.... I feel the window break against my back... the sharp glass staring into my skin... I gasp out as I quickly push the Swede off of me..... he starts to fall as well next to me as I feel the air against me start rushing.... "NO ZERO!!!!" I hear Five scream as his face pops out of the window looking down at me...I mouth up to him.... whispering softly... "I love you...." I smile sadly up at him as I close my eyes before I hit the ground.....I'm falling down.....shit don't feel the same when your out of town..... this is going to hurt like a motherfucker.....
