65- Unconditionally

Zero's POV:

I look up at Five and the whole world seems to move in slow motion.... is this it? I've escaped death more times than I can recall..... He cries placing his forehead on mine.... "Come on Lotus..... there's still so much more of us to do... we never got a wedding...." I reach a shaky hand up to him running it through his hair.... "we never got a family...." I rasp out and he sobs more kissing my forehead.... "You would have been an amazing dad" I cough out at him and he looks deep into my eyes... his eyes a dark blue.... "And you would have been an amazing mom..." I smile at him as I try and pull his face closer to mine... he understands and comes in closer... I kiss him softly.... "You are the love of my life" he whispers into the kiss... "And your mine Five" I reply back.... I feel the world start to go dark as I focus on his deep blue eyes.... "I will love you unconditionally..." I mutter out as everything stops..... 

Five's POV:

I cry out feeling her heartbeat stop..... Her aura gone.... I promised myself I wouldn't let this happen again..... this feeling this emptiness... I scream at the top of my lounges as an energy wave surges out from me.... the Handler points her gun at me but then I hear another gun shot as I see the Handler fall to the ground.... he looks at me and tilts his head.... I look down at Zero... If only he had come a bit sooner..... Tears streaming from my face I shakily start singing the song she had tries to start....

If only he had been sooner! I remember my dad's voice telling me not to wait.... to go for it.... that's not all he told me.... he told me to start with seconds..... not decades.... what if? I close my eyes balling up my fists.... come on.....

Come just as you are to me

 I need her aura connected with mine.... but it's gone... can I even do this on my own??? I feel a bit of her aura wrap around me.... when did she give this to me?!?! A blurry memory pops up of her dragging me out of the rubble.... she gave me a lotus and some of her aura...... I squeeze my eyes shut using it to focus....

I feel the world shift... I open my eyes to see events going backwards... it's working... I run forward towards the handler and take the gun from her hands as I see all my siblings and Zero stand back up slowly.... Time unfreezes as the handler walks into the barn empty handed...  I look over at Zero and she is wobbly... but she's alive... thank god she's alive.... I watched her die.... Zero looks at me her eyes watery...... the Handler  looks around confused as I hold the gun to her... but then the man shoots her first... the Handler falls to the floor as I aim my gun at him.... we stand there for a bit until I tilt my head at him and drop the gin... "No more" I say and he pauses a moment before nodding and waking away....

"who was that?!?" Klaus asks but I don't reply, I run straight over to Zero and grab her waist dipping her down as I kiss her hard.... she moans slightly as I feel her hand run through my hair.... I break the kiss as she looks up at me eyes wide... "You reversed time..." I help her back up  as I look at her confused... how would she know? She smiles at me.... "You forget you and I are connected.... So I just felt myself die.... and then come back.... you saved me.." Her hand cups my cheek softly as I close my eyes sighing.... "I can't believe I lost you again..." I feel her forehead on mine as I open my eyes to see those lilac eyes.... "Yet you found me again" She whispers out wiping a tear from my face.... I chuckle as I do the same..... I sigh as I wrap my arm around her waist....No matter how many times we get each other hurt... we always find a way to save each other... to come back to each other....she's my girl... I may have reversed the bullet wounds, but she's still really injured... way more than I am.....

I look out at my siblings and they all stand there in shock.... "Wait where's Lila?" I ask and Diego huffs at me... "She took the briefcase...." I nod as I start to walk holding Zero up... she tries to muffle her pain but I can feel it.... I scoop her up carrying her without asking and she sighs in relief nestling her face in my neck.... "Thank you" She whispers out I smile down at her as I continue with my siblings out of the barn.... "So how are we going to get home?" Luther asks following behind me... I look around to the field.... I see two figures standing... "I believe we ask them" I say nodding my head towards them.... my siblings follow behind me as we walk towards them..... let's hope they aren't mad at us either....
