Arabella urged the horse forward, the cold wind biting at her cheeks, but she hardly noticed. She's thankful that the original Arabella knew how to ride a horse which made it easier for her to travel.

She knew that the mansion was just ahead and she'd arrive soon. Yet, as she approached, the relief she expected never came. The closer she got, the heavier the weight in her chest grew, an unease she couldn't shake.

The antidote is already in her hands but,  Arabella can still feel the lingering danger around her.

'Blaine, Scarlet, please please hang on!'

The time she spent in her past life is clearly different from this one. Arabella was neglected by the people whom she thought were her parents, she always gets scolded and was physically abused. With those tragic childhood experiences, she always lacks sympathy for everyone.

Arabella thought there was no one she should be concerned and worried with, they had never experienced what she had been through. Those were the words that were imprinted on her mind when she was slowly dying inside the hospital, where no one ever visited her.

Arabella knew why, because she always distanced herself from everyone, whenever they showed her kindness she pushed them away...because that's how her uncle used to treat her, before she got thrown away until she died.

As Arabella kept on speeding up with the horse, she slid the antidote inside her pocket which she personally sewed after she bought the dress she's wearing right now. After half an hour, Arabella felt her tears ran down her cheeks as she's saw the silhouette of their house coming into view.

She leaped off the horse and sprinted to the house, her heart pounding. Throwing open the door to the room where Blaine and Scarlet lay, she saw them still writhing in pain, blood staining their lips from the poison.

Arabelle didn't waste any time and quickly made Blaine and Scarlet drink the antidote, after a few seconds, she saw the condition of the two are now stable. But before she could catch her breath, two arrows shattered the glass window, heading straight for her. Arabella dodged them and grabbed the children away from the window. As she turned towards the door, Ruel and Baron Clayore burst in.

"Take the children!" Arabella shouted as she ran towards the broken window and jumped down.

"Arabella!" Ruel who's now holding Scarlet called her, but Arabella's already disappeared in sight.

"Your Highness, let's go through the back. I've prepared the horses!" Baron Clayore urged, carrying an unconscious Blaine. Ruel hesitated, his eyes lingering on the broken window, but then he turned away and led the children outside.

Arabella readied herself as she felt the presence of people around her.

"So, you think you've won, you damn whore!" Viscountess Lilly sneered, stepping out of the shadows with a sword in hand. Arabella knew from the madness in the Viscountess's eyes that one of them would have to die tonight.

"Why wouldn't I? He should have been mine from the start," Arabella replied, her voice laced with confidence, provoking the Viscountess's fury.

"You bitch! He's mine! All mine!" Viscountess Lilly striked her with a sword, but Arabella dodged it quickly.

"I don't think you have the right to strike me with a sword! You dare try to kill my children!" Arabella exclaimed as she unsheathed the sword she took before she jumped out of the window.

"What can I say, those children deserves to die!" Viscountess screamed again.

Kill her!
