Part 14

Selena's POV:
I looked in the mirror with my new contacts I got not too long ago. I thought I looked great! My mom also did a little shopping for me because she thinks I need to boost up my confidence. I thought she was crazy! But at the same time..I could get a little revenge on some people.
I smirked to myself
I could probably, actually like this new Selena.

I woke up the next morning with a grin on my face. Time for revenge. I sat up on my bed and started to rub my hands together like those people you see on those movies who has a plan with a smirk on my face.
Geez, what's with all the smirking?? Does this come with the new Selena package?? I was interrupted by my mom looking at me like a was some lunatic.

Mandy: Uh, sweetie..you alright there?

Selena: Oh, yea! I'm perfect.

She nodded and went back to whatever she was doing. I got up and took my shower and started to work on my hair. I decided to do something different. Honestly, I got tired of the same old high ponytail. I decided to just let my hair carelessly fall down my back. I made a few arrangements with it, then I was satisfied.
I got my outfit out and started to put it on after I put on my strawberry scented lotion on with my vanilla scented perfume spray.
I was putting some denim, high waisted shorts with a floral printed tank top. I needed to top my outfit off, so I looked what else my mom got me, and I found a really nice cardigan. Don't ask me how I know what it's called, I just do.
It was black and stopped below my waist. I put on some brown boots I found by my door and I looked in my body mirror satisfied.
I went over by my regular mirror to see a note by a..make up bag?

"Thought this was gonna give it the final touch! Love ya! -mom"

I then carelessly threw the paper off and looked at the bag. I sighed. It's worth a shot. I started with my eyes. I saw this thing I've seen before when I was little. I saw my mom do makeup before. I think it was called...eye..eyeliner? I soon glided the small, liquid stick across the top of my eyelashes, but not directly putting it on it. I finished both eyes and I thought I looked great!
I then started to get the hang of things. The mascara, blush, and my lips. I just decided to put regular Chapstick on. By the time I was done, I finally got my new contacts in. I looked in the mirror and sighed. This is the new me and Im lovin it already.

I saw my mom downstairs drinking her coffee and reading the newspaper she gets every morning. 

Selena: Bye mom, Im off to school! Love you and thanks for the stuff!

I was then headed to school

As soon as I stepped foot in the school, everyone started wispering. Girls giving me the eye roll and boys whilstling while looking at me like a was some peice of meat. I looked at them in disgust. I then spotted my best friend.

Selena: AUSTIN!!!

He turned around looking at me. He looked confused at first, but then grinned like a maniac.

Austin: SELENA!! YOUR HAIR! YOUR FACE! YOUR CLOTHES! OH MY GOSH! YOU!!!!

I laughed. I thanked him and told him what my mom did.

Austin: So she basically forced you to look like this?

I shook my head no. 

Selena: No! At first I thought she was crazy, but then the next morning I thought about...-

Austin: ..Getting revenge on Justin? Ahhh. Me likey. 

I then heard a laugh I knew for too long. I turned my head and saw Justin. I rolled my eyes. I had a feeling he noticed because right on cue, he was coming my way. 

Austin: Uh..I think I should get to class...

Selena: AUSTIN! CLASS DOESNT START TILL ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!!! 

He was soon walking, fast. I groaned. I opened my locker to get my books out I needed for my class. Right when I closed it, I felt someone close to me. I turned to look at the person. I rolled my eyes again. 

Justing: Woah, babe. Whats with all the eye rolling? 

I glared at him.

Justin: What??

Selena: Oh dont what me. You know what. 

He looked confused

Selena: First of all, Im not your babe. Second, I could roll my eyes at an asshole if I want. 

He looked as shocked as I was. I just realized what I said. I cursed. I really cursed. Does this come with the confidence? 

Justin: S-selena?

Selena: YES ITS SELENA!!

I heard him mutter damn. Once again, I rolled my eyes.

Selena: Why are you here anyways?

Justin: I kinda just wanted to see who you were. I mean, I couldnt resist a fine looking ass. 

I blushed lightly. He did not just say that. I was about to turn around. 

Justin: Maybe we could hang out again..like old times..

I shook my head.

Selena: Maybe not. 

I smiled at him and walked away. Im liking this day so far..
