I turned around. "I shouldn't have said those things to you. I was raised better than that. I guess I was a bit jealous."

"Jealous? Why?"

"Bobby and them kept talking about this fantastic hunter, who lived through all of these impossible things. As if you were a legend."

"I'm not without faults, Jim."

"Jim, James actually, is my middle name. I thought it sounded better than my first. Gruffer. More Badass."

"It can't be that bad."

"Trust me, it's bad."

"Then tell me."

"Kelly."

"Kelly James?"

"Kelly James Hanes," He nodded. "Here, I brought you a beer."

"Thanks."

"That was a good catch, by the way. The plant."

"Thanks." I smiled. I had no idea if his apology was genuine or not, but I decided to take a chance, and the two of us walked back inside.

"You two figured shit out?"

"Yeah, we're good," Kelly/Jim replied. The three older men looked at me to make sure. I shrugged, then nodded.

"So what's the plan, then?"

"We go midday when the sun is highest, and we scope the place out. Sound like a plan?"

"I'm going to hit the hay, you guys."

"Alright, see you in the morning."

"Not if I see you first!" I called over my shoulder. My head hit the pillow and immediately I thought of Dean. I missed him. And Sammy too, of course, but the feeling I had in my chest was different for Dean than it was for Sam. I knew the feelings I had were bad news but I just couldn't help it. Feelings don't bring anything but pain in this life. This I knew from experience. From my parents. I learned that if the people don't get you, the monsters will. I hadn't even realized I had fallen asleep before suddenly I shot up, completely awake. I looked around and saw a man. He had blue eyes, brown hair, and wore a tan trench coat. "Who the hell are you?"
"My name is Castiel. Alexandra, you must go help the Winchesters."
