What's brewing in between Siddharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill :

Yesterday at the prestigious golden petal awards function, every new and old actor of the television industry looked stunning in their own way but what caught every camera's attention is the absolute coziness between the Brand new soap opera Ek Rishta Pyaara Sa's actress and director Shehnaaz Gill and the ITV's most eligible bachelor Siddharth Shukla. Yes, you heard it right!

Apparently, the pair met for the first time but they seemed like they knew each other for ages and they looked so hot and cute together in an embrace that the cameramen couldn't help but click them together. Most importantly when Shehnaaz looked like she couldn't keep her hands away from Siddharth. And now, Shehnaaz's blushing face and Siddharth's shining smile in each others' company are the new talks of the city.

So what do you think? Are they about to become the new celebrity couple? We surely say that they look like made for each other and their sizzling chemistry has left our minds blown away.

What the ever effing hell is this?

We were hardly together for five minutes and they spewed these pictures all over the paper.

Ab tho Siddharth pakka mana kar dega shaadi usko apni relationship ese public karna bilkul pasand nahi hai.

Kyun Shehnaaz kyun usse gale milne ki kya jaroorat thi? Thoda toh control leti apne aapko? Par kaise? Woh hai hi itna hot! use saamne dekhke koi kaise rok sakte gale milne se?

Hmph ab ho gyi na teri shaadi (sarcastically) haaye babaji ab kya karun?

"ab kaun call kar raha hai, mujhe?" I say trying to locate my mobile.

Kaushal? Pakka daant dene call kiya hoga!

"Hello Kaushal!" I say in a guilt-filled voice.

"Arey? Sana? itni udas kyun sound kar rhi hai tu?" he asks.

"Esa kuch nahi tu bona call kyun kiya? Article ke baare me hi puchne wala hai na?"

"Haan. Tu ne dekhi hai? phir bhi upset hai? This is huge, Sana! Us article ke baad Tere liye kitne new offers aaye tujhe pata hai, Woh bhi Siddharth ke saath, subah se sirf wahi calls attend kar rha hoon! That's what you've always dreamt of, right?" he exclaims in joy.

"Of course mere liye ye bahut accha hai par Siddharth?" I ask.

"Unka kya? " he reverts

"Siddharth ko mere saath naam judwana, saath mein kaam karna pasand nahi hoga na?" I try to justify.

"Tu kaise negative questions puch rahi hai? Unko bhi teri jaisi fresh talent ke saath kaam karna plus hi hota hai aur rahi baat naam jodne ki... Woh toh iss industry mein bahut common usse unko fark nahi padna chahiye!" he argued.

"Hmmm..." I agreed reluctantly. "Tu ek baar unke manager se baat kar ke dekh na? Ki woh kya soch rhe iss baare mein", I request.

"Abhi karta hoon, Tu tension na le", Kaushal says reassuring me.

Siddharth:

As I go through the newspaper I discover my name in there. Pfft! In news again! As usual, I try to ignore it but what stops me is the picture next to my name. A picture of shehnaaz and me. Whoa! We look good together and so at peace in each others' embrace.

I read the whole article and chuckle at the content. Normally this kind of news bothers me but today I am not least bit bothered by it. Not because I'm used to it that I can never be. It's because of the beautiful angel beside me in the picture. We look like we belong with each other in it. She looks just like her ever gorgeous self and I look much better than always. I guess it's the magic of her presence.

Whoa whoa whoa!!! Am I praising someone else so much about my looking good?

"Shehnaaz? What the hell are you doing to me?"

I suppose we both getting married isn't that bad of an idea. She and I, getting married, that thought instantly tugs at my mouth and puts an irreplaceable smile.

A while later my phone rings and it's from my manager Pankaj who wants to talk about the article and apparent offers I got after it got published.

He also adds that Shehnaaz's manager had called him to discuss the same thing since we were offered to work together. And announces that she's enthused about working with me if I have no issues. And of course, I admit that I'm also looking forward to working with her. This sure makes Pankaj happy.

I am glad too. This makes me wonder how long has it been since I've been this happy. It's been long. So long. Maybe before dad's demise. There's been a void ever since he died. But this woman is certainly gonna heal that void or so it seems.

I know this is kind of boring but please try to understand that it was necessary. And I promise that the next chapter is going to be super adorable and interesting.
