Sidharth:

"Saare rules yaad hai na tujhe agar party mein kisi ladki se jyaada chipkaa na tu dekh-" she said warning me for the umpteenth time.

"Haan sherawali mata sab yaad hai,
Kisi bhi ladki ko aankh uthake nhi dekhne ka,
Unse hass hass ke baate nhi krne ka,
Zyaada kisiko compliments nhi barsaaneka,
Aur flirting toh bilkul nhi krne ka...

Khush?" I recited.

"Haan bebu!" I could almost hear her grinning.

"Toh baby, tu jaldi ready ho ja, mera last shot baaki hai aaj ka, main... I'll be at your place in an hour," I said checking my watch.

"Okay, ho jaungi taiyar, per tera blazer mere paas hai toh tu kese ready hoga?"

"tu laa degi na gadhi," I said pointing out the obvious detail.

"Oh, toh theek hai" she let out a giggle.

"Tereko maza aata hai mujhe pakaane mein? Jaan pooch ke karti hai ye sab tu!" I said in an accusing tone.

"Bahuuut maza aata hai" she admitted, cracking into delightful laughter.

"Gadhi!" I mumbled as a smile crawled up my lips.

"Bye bebu" *giggles*

"Ruk ruk, Aur makeup muh pe zyaada mat thop na! Ekdum gadhi ki tarah"

"Haan baba nude makeup hi kr rhi hoon, jha ye bhi na Karun?"

"Ye 'baba' bol na kis se seekha tune? Hmm?" I heckled.

"Aur kis se... mere pati se," she said with a chime.

"Accha? Aur kya kya seekha hai tere pati se?" I teased.

"Der subah tak sona, bina nahaaye shorts mein hi rehna, ese bahut kuch sikhaaya usne," she taunted back.

"Chup kr, roj nahaata hoon main! Aur ek maheena ruk der raat tak jaag na bhi sikhayega tera pati" I whispered the end of the sentence in a smug tone, scanning my surroundings and walking to a distant place so that no one could hear me.

"Chii, kitnaaa ganda hai tu maine nhi baat krni hai tere se, jaa rhi hoon ready hone!! Bye!" She said shying away.

"Bye baby," I said with a grin.

As she approached the car Sidharth appreciated her magnificence in that Disney princess outfit, sky blue colored gown. The bodice seemed to hug her breasts perfectly though the blue flowers stitched upon were doing their best to cover them. The stringy straps came around her shoulders leaving her pale shoulders and arms bare to chill breezes of intense Mumbai winter. The gown was cinched at her waist and it flowed down to the floor into a frothy ocean. Her ears were adorned in diamonds with intricate peacock designs. Her hair, silk-smooth ends flirted with flowers seaming her bodice whimsically. She honestly looked like an angel to him at that moment who solely arrived on earth to obliterate all his miseries. His angel she was.

Without muttering out any praise he sang in his mind, he asked her for his coat she was carrying folded on her left arm. "Blazer Idhar de"

"Haa de rhi hoon, ek minute, aaraam se baithne de," she grunted.

Not wanting to wait for her to give that to him, he yanked the coat from her arm, unfurled it, and draped it carefully around her shoulders. She shivered under his scorching touch. "Ab Thand nhi lgegi tujhe!" He murmured with a smile.
