Chapter 12: Mina

Mina's POV:

It has been a month since I met Y/n and it was clear that I have feelings for her, I will confess to her before someone does.

"Y/n?" I called out as I entered their room, she was o her desk, writing something on a notebook, "Y/n-ah." I calledout again.

She immediately closed her notebook and turned to me with a smile, "Would you likebto go out with me?"

She giggled and took her whiteboard, "Are you asking me out, unnie?" "W-well, yeah, kind of." I replied, scratching my not-so- itchy nape as I blush.

She smiled and nodded, she pushed me outside, I can't believe thatshe agreed.

I stood in front of their doo, waiting patiently for her, "Mina, what are you doing there?" Sana asked, "I'm waiting for Y/n, we are going on a date."

Her jaw doropped, "What?!" "Why are you so surprised?" The door opened, revealing Y/n in a jumper, beneath it is a pastel pink shirt.

"Wah~ you're so cute!" Sana squealed, Y/n smiled with afaint blush, "Don't takemy date away, Satang." I whined out.

She giggled at me, "Arasseo, Minari. You two should go now." She said, we smiled and nodded at her.

Y/n's POV:

We headed for the door, "Where are you going?" We turned our heads and saw Jihyo unnie, "Jihyo-ah, we're hoing on a date. We will get going, bye!"

Jihyo unnie stood frozen, still processing what Mina unnie said. We both went outof the house, hand in hand, but why does it feels like something is lacking?

3rd Person's POV:

The two girls arrived at a fancy restaurant, "Good afternoon, madam!" A waiter greeted, "A table for two, please." Mina said.

The waiter nodded and led them to their table, "Here's the menu. Please, call us if you are ready to ordee." The waiter bowed and left.

"Y/n, what do you want?" Y/n wrote on her whiteboard and showed it to Mina, "Not sure, isn't it expensive here?"

Mina held the latter's hand, "It's okay, it's my treat." Y/n sighed and picked a dish. Mina raised her hand, "Waiter."

The waiter came with a note and pen, "Two steaks and two glasses of water, please." The waiter nodded and left.

"Y/n, why do you seemed gloomy?" Y/n shrugged as she thought, 'I don't know, something does not feel right.'

Soon, their meal arrived, "Enjoy your meal." The waiter said and left. The two started eating quietly, "Y/n, you have something on your face."

Y/n pointed at herself, Mina nodded and took some tissues, "Here, let me." Mina leaned forward and wiped Y/n's lips.

The latter blushed out of embarrassment, "There you go." The older exclaimed and smiled sweetly at Y/n.

Mina and Y/n were currently walking at a park, "Y/n, I have something to tell you." The latter stared at her, waiting for her to continue.

"I-I like you ever since, you made me fall for you. I know, you can't speak, but that's what makes you unique, it only made me want you more. I hope, if you don't have the same feelings, we can still be friends. Y/n-ah, d-do you feel the same?"

Y/n lowered her head, slowly shaking it side to side, tears escaped Mina's eyes as she held Y/n's hand, she cupped the latter's face and lifted it.

"Gwenchandha, Y/n/n. Just don't avoid me and stay. That's the only thing I'm wishing for." She smiled through the pain as she stared at the latter sweetly.

Y/n stared at her, tears threatening to fall, she nodded and hugged the older girl, Mina smiled as she sobbed.

"Gomawo, gomawo, Y/n." The younger smiled, patting Mina's back lightly
