Chapter 17: No Jam Bros

Chaeyoung's POV:

"Jeongyeon unnie!" I shouted, running inside the house while searching for her, "Yeah?" "Finally! Please, help me."

"With what?" "W-well, I-I'm going to confess to Y-Y/n." She smirked at me, "Never knew you'd fall in love. Don't worry though, you came to the right person."

I rolled my eyes at her, "So, what do we do?" She asked, "Should I buy her flowers?" She shook her head, "Those are too common." We both thought hard.

We gasped and said in unison, "A puppy!" We burst out laughing, we quickly stopped as she spoke, "That's actually a brilliant idea."

I nodded at her, "Anyways, let's do it at the beach, at night." I said, "Let's collect sea shells and arrange it." Jeongyeon unnie suggested.

"Into what? A heart?" "I love you." I scrunched my face, "Yuck! How dare you say that- Oh! I get it!" She facepalmed as I chuckle.

"Do you really think I'd say that to you? Wait, wait, wait, I have an idea!" "What is it?" I asked, my lips forming into a smile.

"Can we eat first? I'm hungry." My smiled faded as I smacked her head, "Yah! I'm still older that you!" "I thought you are serious!"

She glared at me, "Hell, yeah! I am serious, seriously hungry!" "Aish, fine! Let's eat first, my treat." She jumped in happiness as we walked to the nearest restaurant.

*Timeskip*

"Did that meal helped you?" She hrinned and nodded, "Come on, unnie. We still need to plan." She then spoke, "How we even know if she's allergic to dogs?"

Hmm, she's right. Aha! "Let's ask Nayeon unnie." "Oh, yeah, right." We headed to the shore, but didn't get to see unnie.

"Where could she be?" I asked, "She might be at a beach bar or something." I nodded an we proceeded to search for a bar.

Luckily, we saw one, we saw her with the peaches, "Nayeon-ah!" Jeongyeon unnie called, catching Nayeon unnie's attention.

"Ne?" She asked with a smile and pecked Jeongyeon unnie's lips. Uhm, ew? "I have something to ask, unnie." "What is it?"

"Is Y/n allergic to furs?" I asked, "Furs? I don't think so, they had a dog before. And she also plays with our dog."

Me and Jeongyeon unnie looked at each other and smiled, "Great! Thanks, unnie! Bye!"

We ran back to the house and saw Y/n. Uh-oh! She looked up and waved at us, "Hi, Y/n! Where'd you go?" Jeongyeon unnie asked.

She took her board and wrote, "Me and Mina unnie went out. We strolled around the place and ate." "Oh, okay. We'll leave you for a while." She said and dragged me to her room.

"Hey, did you read that?" Jeongyeon unnie asked, "Of course, I did. Eyes were made to see!" "Oh~! Someone is jelly, I see." She teased and wiggled her brows.

"Anyway, about the plan. Let's prepare a dinner for the two of you at the pavillion. You'll blindfold her and bring her there, then you will go to the beach where the shells were placed and confess to her."

"Is that how you confessed to Nayeon unnie?" I asked and laughed, "Yah! How dare you!" She shouted and chased me.

"Unnie, mianhae!" I shouted, running around the room, "You little kid!" The door opened making us stop.

"Hi, Y/n! Do you need anything?" Jeongyeo unnie asked, she showed us her board, "What's going on? I heard shouts."

I scratched my nape, "I-it's nothing, we're just fooling around." She was about to leave when I called her.

"Uhm, Y/n." She looked back, "C-can you go out with me t-tomorrow? If you like to." Y/n smiled and nodded. 

She walked to me, she tiptoed and kissed my cheeks making me blush. "Yah! Chaeyoung-ah!" A finger snapped at me.

"N-ne?" Jeongyeon unnie laughed, "Look at your face!" She continued laughing. Y/n kissed me, r-right?

(Lmao, if my crush did that to me, I'd probably be dead now😂)

"Tell me that this isn't a dream." "It's not a dream, pabo-yah." She smacked me, snapping me out of my trance again.

"Someone is going to get their crush." She teased, I whined and covered my facewith my hand. I can't believe she agreed.

Y/n's POV:

Did I really kissed her? Jeongyeon unnie's reaction is funny, though, she looked so shocked, so is Chaeyoung.

A-and, she asked me out! Why am I even flustered? It's not like she likes me the way I do. I sighed and laid on my bed.

"Looks like you're deep in thoughts." I looked at the doorway and saw Nayeon unnie, "You okay?" I smiled and nodded.

"You sure?" I sighed and shook my head, "What's the matter?" I took my board and wrote, "It's just that, Chaeyoung asked me out and I kissed her… cheek."

I was expecting her to laugh, but no, she only smiled and said, "I don't see any problem with that." I wrote again, "I don't want to get my hopes up."

"So, you like her?" I nodded, "It's okay, that's a part of liking an person, Y/n. You should try to know if she likes you too. You need patience and effort, because you just can't make someone like you in an instant. You need to do your best to impress them, show your true self." Nayeon unnie explained.

That's right, after we go out tomorrow, I'll tell her that I like her, no, I will tell her that I love her. I wrote again "Thank you, unnie. That helped a lot. Unnie, how does it feel if both of you loves each other."

"Hmm, it feels good, especially when you're with the right person. You'll always feel safe and warm in their arms. And if you really love that person, you will never let them go.

You know, even though me and Jeongyeon bickers and fight a lot, none of us want to be separated, we'll do everything just to be together."

I nodded and wrote, "Ne, unnie, I will follow those. Unnie, can you sing for me?" "Of course, anything for you."

I laid my head on her lap and closed my eyes. I can feel her gently stroking my hair and started singing.

After a while, I started to get sleepy, I smiled and and dozed off to dream land. Jaljayo unnie.
