A Few Years Later

"A demon with a demon slayer?" Senjuro asked out of confusion.

"Apparently there's a boy named Tanjiro Kamado who brings his demon sister with him," I said as I drank my tea.

"Ehh!? Isn't that illegal!?" Senjuro's eyes widened.

"It breaks the code of the Demon Slayers," Kyojuro mentioned.

"There's gonna be a Hashira meeting soon about it," I said and Kyojuro nodded.

I drank my green tea.

"You both should get married!"

I immediately choked on my tea.

Kyojuro just smiled, "Hunting down demons is our first priority, Senjuro."

"Wait! You're not even gonna deny it!?"

"What do you mean Yuei? I thought you said you wanted to marry m-"

"OKAY BYE!"

I remember that one time when I was drunk.

"Kyojuro, Kyojuro- stay with me,"  I drunkenly said.

"Yuei, you have to rest. You drank too much today," He caressed my face and laid me down on my bed.

"Don't leave me, Kyo. Sleep with me," I said with puppy eyes on.

"Yuei, I can't. I'm a man and I want to respect you. I'll just cook for you tomorrow morning."

"Nooooo!! Stay with me!" I pulled him to me with all the strength that I have and hugged him.

"Will this make you fall asleep?"

I nodded yes.

"Then I'll stay here until you fall asleep," Kyojuro pulled me into a tight hug.

I suddenly asked, "Can you marry me, Kyo,"

I felt Kyojuro's body tense up. He was startled by my question.

"Do you really want me to?"

I looked at him and nodded. He immediately smiled.

I worked so hard to get to where I am right now. I trained and trained, lost colleagues, and learned so much about the Breath of the Sun. I came back to my old house to discover it dirty and dusty. I went through my father's things to discover a book about our family. It was there that I discovered our ancestor, Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the strongest demon slayer.

There were a lot of things about the Breath of the Sun as well. I learned that the other breathing techniques such as water and fire all derived from it. I also found the last remaining Sun Breathing forms, which I mastered.

It was a long journey getting here, but it was all worth it. At last, I think I'm capable enough to face Muzan. Kyojuro and I worked so hard to get where we are. Now that I am the Sun Pillar and he is the Flame Pillar, nothing can stop us now.
