It was the next morning and it had rained the entire night. It gradually got better throughout the night but by the time it had gotten better, Marinette and Chat Noir had fallen asleep. Both Marinette and Chat Noir had shifted in position, Chat Noir ended up hugging Marinette. Their body warmth feeding off each other. It was quite comfortable, but very embarrassing.

Marinette and Chat Noir had just began waking up to the sound of Marinette's school alarm. She opened her eyes only to find herself wrapped in Chat Noir's arms. Chat Noir finally opened his eyes and saw Marinette squirming to try and get out of his arms, his green eyes widened, and he jumped back. There was nothing to stop him from falling so he fell back off the bed and onto the floor.

"Oh my god Marinette! I am so sorry, I should've just left earlier when I had the chance," Chat Noir started rambling on how he was sorry, and he should've left.

Marinette jumped down to Chat Noir and puts her finger to his lips, "Shh, you're going to alert my parents."

Chat Noir stops talking, he was flustered already, and Marinette just made it worse. The butterflies he felt with Ladybug were rising, what did it mean? He did love Ladybug, right? Or had Marinette changed that?

Chat Noir jumped back at the realization, "Okay...!" He looks at the time, "Oh look at the time, I got somewhere to be! Bye!" Chat Noir climbed onto her bed and left into the hatch that led to her balcony.

She looked at her phone and gasped, "Shoot! He was right, I'm going to be late for school!" Marinette got dressed and left for school.

By the time Marinette arrived at school, her teacher was already probably calling for attendance! If she wasn't there her parents would get an email about her being late, and that cannot happen! Her parents could dig a little deeper into everything and find out a boy was in her room last night!

Marinette slammed open the door to Mrs. Bustier's classroom, "Woops, sorry...I didn't mean to be so loud..."

Everyone was staring at her, not a single person was looking away. Even Adrien was looking at her, normally she would be squealing right now. So why wasn't she?

Mrs. Bustier coughs, "Marinette?"

Marinette lets out a small nervous laugh, "Here..." She said as she walked to her seat.

"Girl, why were you here so late," Alya asked in a whisper?

Marinette lowered her head so the teacher couldn't see her, "I slept in, sorry." She whispered back.

During class Marinette couldn't stop thinking about Chat Noir, how kind and funny he was. His looks were a plus as well, his bright green eyes, his body. Everything about him was perfect, and every time Marinette thought about him, she would get butterflies in her stomach. The same ones she used to get with Adrien, but they weren't there anymore. Why not?

Marinette gasped, "I'm in love with him!" She whispered! She smiled just thinking about him and her love for him.

Marinette looked up and everyone was staring at her once again, while her words were quiet, her gasp not so much...

"Marinette...Do I need to contact your parents about your behavior today," Mrs. Bustier questioned?

Marinette stood up and put her head down in disappointment, "No Mrs. Bustier...I'm sorry."

"Good, now let us continue with the lesson," Mrs. Bustier said before continuing the lesson.

Marinette sat back down and put her head down on the table, even when she was getting in trouble. All she could think about was Chat Noir, he was taking over her brain little by little.
