Mahi: Excuse me doctor.

Asim: Yes!!

Mahi: Her blood group is AB+ve

Asim: Perfect! Get the OT ready. And send that lady's husband inside.

Mahi leaves..

Pathak: We've hit the jackpot Dr. Asim. I can't believe that God helps people like us.

They both laugh. Asim dials the number on the card given by D'Mello.

Asim: Hello, Mr. D'Mello.

Rudhra: Yes, who is this?

Asim: I think we've got a donar but the donar is asking for 20 crores.

Pathak smiles and shows Asim a thumbs up and Asim winks.

Rudhra: Anything for my wife doctor.

Asim: ..plus hospitalization charges, OT charges and our fees.

Rudhra: Don't worry doctor. Should I come now with my cheque book?

Asim: Aa.. aa.. aa.. hold on Mr. D'Mello. That person won't accept cheque, he wants to maintain his anonymity and requested for cash.

Rudhra: Sure doctor but I need sometime to arrange that big amount of cash. I might be having just around 2 crores at present.

Asim: You can give it by late evening today. For now you can get whatever you have.

Rudhra: Yes, doctor.(disconnects)

There was a knock on the door. It was Gama.

Pathak: Come in. What's your name?

Gama: Dhansukh

Pathak: You don't have any dhan (money) yet your parents named you Dhansukh. (Laughs)

Asim: Dr. Pathak! (Pathak keeps quiet) Dhansukh, your wife needs immediate operation. Will you be able to pay for the hospitalization charges?

Gama: Doctor, I don't have so much money. In the name of property I have a small piece of land and few cattles.

Asim: Oh!! I can personally wave off my fees but if you want to save your wife's life, you will have to arrange for OT charges and other hospitalization and medical charges. I suggest you to sell off your land and cattles.

Gama: Oh God!! But what has happened to my wife? She was okay until morning.

Pathak: Aaa... She is having a an appendix stone.

Gama: Okay.. I will get the money soon.

Asim: We will hold on until you get the money.

Pathak: But Dr. Asim.. (Asim shows him his palm to keep quiet)

Asim: You may leave Dhansukh. (Dhansukh leaves) Pathak, we forgot to check what is the problem with that lady. What if her kidney isn't okay? I borrowed time. Now go and check what's her problem.

Pathak calls Shehnaaz to his clinic and checks her. He gets her x-ray done and other abdominal checks done.

All the time wherever she was taken, Sidharth wandered behind them. Just to make sure, she is safe. His heart raced everytime she was out of his sight.

I never felt so helpless. I am a very common man and never went through so much adventure in my life until this adventurous girl, Shehnaaz entered my life. Now I feel, this adventure has just become a part of my life. My wife seems to give me surprise every now and then.

One girl but she conquered me emotionally as Sana, physically as Shehnaaz Mathur and mentally as Officer Shehnaaz Raghuvanshi. I feel like somebody picked me up from a tricycle and put me on a rollercoaster ride. I never thought I will be acting in a disguise in real life too.
