Angie:
"Angela, can you please tell the courtroom what happened after Malcom and his step-son kidnapped you?"
I took a deep breath in and began to tell them what had happened. I was asked a couple of other questions like;
"Did either of them hurt you?"
"Why is it you believe Harley Stewart to be innocent in all of this?"
"Do you think it is possible that Harley Stewart helped you to escape, so he could avoid any form of punishment or justice?"
I answered them all truthfully, but the last question really got to me. They weren't there, they have no idea what it was like, or what Harley was like, and he was nothing like that.
Malcom was sat across the room, his burning eyes staring at me. I avoided lokking at him so I didn't give him the satisfaction of knowng I was still afraid of him. He couldn't hurt me or Harley now, I knew that much.
After about 20 minutes on the stand, it was Harey's turn. They were brutal. He stood there in his grey suit as they tore at him with horrible questions. If that would've been me, I'd have been in floods of tears by now. I knew they weren't finishhed with him yet.
