"𝐘𝐎𝐔 misunderstand." Fast forward two years later, and Victoria was a 19 year old genius Academy graduate, who became the famed youngest member of the renown coven, The Serpentem Vectem, a coven full of enchantresses who specialized in manipulative magic. Victoria was also the youngest doctor to have ever been employed at the prestigious Asclepius Hospital.
Yet even with the protection of her powerful titles, many still belittled and harassed her.
"I am not here as a nurse, but as the doctor-" Victoria tried to speak politely, but the horrid man pushed on.
"No, I refuse to be treated by a woman! And look at how weak you look! Absolutely not."
-
And fast forward a month later, Victoria found herself on the steps of the Eisenberg Estate, curious as to how Leo and Cyril were doing.
So she knocked on the door thrice, sharp and fast, patiently waiting for the familiar butler that was sure to let her in.
However, the butler that opened the door was not the old and loyal butler the had served the family for a decade, but rather a new and unfamiliar one.
Raising an eyebrow, the lady confidently pushed past him, ignoring his splutters and protests against her sudden intrusion.
Victoria looked around at her childhood home, slightly impressed by the new and elegant decor. Cream colored walls that reached up to a stained glass ceiling of many tints, paintings of the old dukes and duchesses that lined the walls. Her eyes stopped at the portrait of Cyril's mother, surprised at presence of a painting that was taken down before.
She felt a bit of unease. Because the portrait of Leo's mother, an official painting commissioned by Albert, was gone. It was an important symbol of power for both the dead woman, and for Leo, because that portrait's existence meant he was a true and proven member of the Eisenberg family, as realized by the then duke. But now, it was gone, and was instead replaced.....
So Victoria hurriedly climbed up the large ebony wood staircase and walked through the second floor halls, until she arrived in front of the door that opened to the duke's office.
And she slammed it open, intending to surprise whoever was inside, be it Albert, Leo, or Cyril.
And to her shock, it was her that felt a surprise, although it was a pleasant one. For sitting behind the big oak desk that Victoria had always dreamed of owning, was her youngest brother, Cyril.
Victoria raised an eyebrow and stepped into the room, sitting immediately onto a couch that sat facing the desk. "It has been awhile." She spoke.
"So it has, sister." Cyril set down the quill he held, leaning back in his chair. "I have missed you." His blond locks were a little longer than before, but they were pushed back at the moment, as if the boy had ran is hands through them. His eyes held intelligence now, calculation and wisdom. He was taller, too, with a more muscular figure than before.
"It is quite hot in here." Victoria ignored the added comment, instead taking out her silk fan and cooling herself. "How have you been, my dear?"
"I've missed you." The younger repeated again.
A slight irk mark appeared on the female's forehead at the persistence. "I...see. Well, where is Leo? And that other man." She asked, although she already knew the answer.
"Oh..." Cyril looked up at his older sister. "I killed them both."
