"Well I guess it's time to drop the act, huh little sis? Also, you think I didn't know you two were sneaking around?" River smirked at me. I shook my head. Of course he knew. He always knows everything.
How he even finds this situation hilarious is beyond me- wait. I get it. It is hilarious now that you think of it.

I'll tell you why it's funny. There's no competition between the two, but Jacob thinks his competition is Phoenix. There ain't no competition in the first fucking place. It's has always been Phoenix and it always will be Phoenix.
