(Clark entered the Fortress of Solitude)
Jor El: "Kal-El, my son, you have returned."
Clark: "I'm ready to start my training Jor El. What do I need to do?"
Jor El: "I have an urgent mission for you my son. In another universe, a man and a woman have recently met. They are currently being marooned on an island together. Your task is to see to it that they become a couple. Only once they are together will I allow you to return to your home."
Clark: "What does playing match maker have to do with embracing my destiny?"
Jor El: "By helping these two find their destiny, a destiny they would have been unable to find without your interference, a crucial piece of your destiny will also be revealed along the way."
Clark: "...all right I'll do it. What are their names?"
Jor El: "Elizabeth Swann...and Captain Jack Sparrow."
(A blinding light engulfs Clark)
(In another time and place...)
(Elizabeth and Jack made their way onto the beach as the Black Pearl sailed away in the distance)
Jack: "That's the second time I've had to watch that man sail away with my ship."
