Rani: Jaldi aana

She said waving her hand to Veer who was about to leave. It's their everyday schedule that Veer waits for her at the door that she'll come and see him off.

He kissed her on her forehead and said

Veer: Apna dhyaan rkhna

Rani: Bye

Veer: Bye

Saying this he left to move towards his car.

2 years have passed since that unfateful  day. They are living here in Delhi just as Dr. Veer and Rani not as Kunwar and Bahurani of Rajawat house.

Though they miss their family members but can't disrespect Rajeshwari's decision.

............

Rani was cooking some yummy food for dinner. She had decided to make a dish that was special to both of them: Dal and Chawal. This was the first dish that Veer had made for Rani.

As Rani was cooking, she heard a knock on the door. She didn't know who it could be, Dakter Saab was still at work.

Rani took off her slipper and tip-toed to the door.

Rani: Kaun hai?

The man replied: Delivery hai. Veer aur Rani Singh Rajawat ke liye.

Rani opened the door.

The man held a box with a letter attached to it. She took it and signed his document. He bid goodbye and left her.

Rani was a little confused. No one really knew that they were Prince and Princess living in an ordinary house in Delhi, so how did he get their last names?

She looked at the return address. The package came from Jaipur! It was from the Rajawats Palace. Rani had no strength to open the box. She was going to call Dakter Saab, but she stopped. It wouldn't be good to disturb him during work.

Rani put the box down and continued cooking.

__________

Later in the evening, Veer came home. He was in a very good mood. Today there had not been a single case of death in the hospital and he just felt happy overall.

Veer: Rani, main ghar aa gaya! Chalo kaathe hai, mujhe bohot bhuk laghi hai. Kya bana hai aaj?

Rani: Maine dal chawal banai aaj.

Veer: Arey vah. Hamara special dish. Chalo kaathe hai.

They both sat down to eat and Rani decided to tell him about the package after, but right before Veer put a bite in his mouth, he saw the box on the small table.

Veer: Rani, woh box mein kya hai?

Rani didn't know how to answer. She knew Veer's anger and she didn't want him to get mad.

Rani: Dakter Saab, woh chodiye. Abhi khaana khao aur baadme dekhthe hai.

Veer didn't listen to what she said. He got up and walked towards the box. He picked it up and immediately saw the 'R' for Rajawat and knew where the box came from.

Veer: Rani iss box mein kya hai?

Rani: Mujhe nahi pata hai. Maine nahi khola.

Veer ripped the letter off and removed it from the envelope. He read it out loud.

"To Veer Bro aur Bhabisa.

Ek din ke liye gussa chor do. Kal Diwali hai aur akele mat manao. Maine ghar mein sab ko mana liya hai aur aap ko aana parenga. Please bro. Aapne mujhe aapka address diya aur yeh bohot important message maine bhej diya hai. Iss box mein Bhabisa ke liye ek jewelry set hai. Maine apni kaamai se kharida..."

At this point, Veer's voice started cracking. Rani was already sobbing.

"Please aajaye. Maine aapki plane tickets bhi daala hai box mein. Kal milte hai.

Love you both a lot.

From, Vikram."

Veer put the letter down and opened the box. It revealed the plane tickets, but also a purple jewelry box. Veer handed it to Rani and she opened it. Inside was a beautiful diamond set. It was not too fancy, but very simple and elegant. It was exactly something that Rani would wear. She felt so happy.

Rani: Dakter Saab, humko jaana chahiye. Devar Ji ka dil nahi toothna chaiye.

Veer nodded and sat down, he wanted to take some time before making his decision. They both ate in silence. Both Rani and Veer had their hearts set on meeting everyone again, but their minds would remind them of how they were treated. Not only when Ranisa made the deal, but also when they first got married or how they hid Veer's truth for so many years.

In the end, Veer realized that Vikram had no fault whatsoever in any of these cases. Vikram had planned everything for them, convinced the whole family and bought a beautiful gift for Rani.

The decision was made.

Tonight, they will fly to Jaipur and tomorrow be at the palace for Diwali.
