Time

"Alright. Everyone had there time and date. Remember, don't interact with anyone. Get the stone and get back home." Steve says as we all stand on the platform Tony and Scott made.

Natasha looked at me and smiled. She was going with Clint and I was going with Steve. Laura was a little jealous that Natasha gets to go to space.

"See you in a minute." Natasha said to Laura with a smile. Laura smiled and everyone clicked the buttons on their suit.

Steve and Laura appeared in New York, 2012. They were going after the time stone. When they found the building and walked in they were greeted by a women wearing strange clothes.

"Who are you?" She asked and looked at them. "Where did you come from? Or, when, did you come from?"

"I'm Steve Rogers ma'am. We're here for that stone you have in that necklace." Steve says and points at the pendant around her neck.

She looked down and revealed the stone to them. Laura's eyes grew at the sight. She hasn't seen any of the stones in years, so it was odd seeing one again.

"You're meant to be in Germany right now. You don't come to America for another month." She said and looked at Laura.

"We're from the year 2023. We need that stone to save the universe." Laura said and smiled at the lady. "We lost a battle to an alien named Thanos. He destroyed the stones after getting rid of half the population."

The lady turned her head. Steve and Laura didn't know who this lady was, all they knew was that she was powerful.

"I know of him. I know where you two come from as well." She says and steps forward. "I cannot give you the stone without risking my own timeline."

"What if we bring it back?" Laura says and steps to her. "We will bring the stone right back to where it was. Then, it's like it never left."

The lady scrunched her face, thinking. She knew it could work but didn't know if she could trust them.

"We know Stephen Strange. He told Tony Stark that there was one way to beat Thanos and this is our one way." Steve says.

Laura recognized the name, but couldn't put a face to it. But, she noticed the lady was in shock.

"Stephen Strange is meant to be the most powerful of all of us." She said and looked down.

"You think he made a mistake telling us there's only one solution?" Steve asked.

"No." She said and looked at the pendant. "Maybe I did."

She waved her hands and revealed the stone again. The stone landed in the small contained Steve brought.

"We will return this right back to here, to you." Steve says and smiles.

"Good luck." She says and smiles. "Laura, you are still who you're meant to be. Even with no stone in your hand."

Laura stared at her and swallowed deeply. She didn't know what that lady meant. As she pressed the button on her suit, she watched the lady disappear again.

Within a flash, they were all standing back on the platform in their own year. Laura looked up to Steve who's eyes were wide and looked behind her.

She followed his glare and saw Clint standing alone.

"Clint, where's Nat?" Bruce asked.

Clint fell to his knees and tears fell down his cheeks. Everyone was silent. Laura stared at him and realized Nat must've been gone. Her jaw dropped.
