* before you read this chapter, please remember Adonis doesn't think like the average person. You can't rationalize why he does or feels like he does cause he's a little......... off.

"DONT TOUCH ME!" Anastassia screams as Hood tries to pull her from the car.

Hood sighs loudly and throws up his hands. Ana was working his last nerve but he couldn't rough her up like he did other people who didn't listen. Adonis would end him as soon as he snatches Ana out. Anastassia folds her arms across her chest, tears still streaming down her flushed face and looks forward. Hood walks over to Adonis who was smoking on the porch trying to calm his nerves before he was left alone with his wife.

"Don, she ain't tryna get out the car."

Adonis turns around slowly and gives Hood a mean mug. He shakes his head and puts out the blunt before walking back toward the car. He snatches the door back open and looks at Ana.

"Get outta the fucking car." He growls lowly.

Ana sniffles and ignores him. Adonis sucks his teeth before reaching behind him and pulling out his pistol. He points it at the side of her head and speaks again.

"You got three seconds to get out the car before I kill you."

Ana looks over at him with the barrel of the gun pointed right between her eyes she begins to cry again before complying with his commands. Adonis places the gun back in his back pocket and walks behind Ana toward the front door of their home.

"Want me to leave?" Hood questions. He didn't really wanna be around for whatever the hell adonis was about to do to Anastassia.

"Stay here. Ima handle this bitch then I need you to take her somewhere, she can't stay here with me right now." Adonis responds.

Hood nods and takes a seat outside on the porch. He was saying a silent prayer for Anastassia. It was the first time in all his years of knowing her that she had been caught with another man. Innocent or not, Adonis wasn't tryna hear none of it. He knew in Adonis's mind Ana had done him the ultimate betrayal by being out with Kane. Hood only hoped she wouldn't be paying the ultimate price for it.

Anastassia sits on the couch in the living room shaking and anxious while Adonis sat across from her watching her every move. His mind was racing, he couldn't decide what to do with the woman he loved. He couldn't keep being lied to and disrespected by her. Adonis was never this man letting someone get away with lying to him over and over again, but being in love changes a person.

"Explain yourself. Quickly." Adonis finally speaks.

Ana looks up at him and gulps down looking into his dark eyes.

"I don't know what you want me to say." Ana speaks lowly.

Adonis chuckles darkly before standing from his seat. He walks over to Anastassia and grips her up by her shirt.

"Explain to me why you felt so comfortable lying to me. Explain why you were out and about with that ho ass nigga skinnin and grinning all in his fucking face." He shouts.

"He's just a friend and I knew you wouldn't let me go out." Ana speaks through her sobs.

"Stop. Crying." He says low and slow while keeping his eyes on hers.

Ana blinks back her tears and tries to hold in the ones threatening to fall.

"You keep saying that shit. Oh he's a friend... tell me when the fuck you had time to meet him? And why when you did meet him you weren't smart enough to know that I would fucking kill you if I caught you with him?" Adonis ask.
