The wedding night. The most anticipated night. A very lovely night. Y/n always heard about these romantic twilights. But her's wasn't the same as every other couple in love.

It can be counted as a night full of love but- not what you're thinking. Y/n and Jungkook just cuddled and enjoyed each other's presence.

Even though they had some other plans which couldn't take place. But it's okay. The exciting thing is that they both finally got married. Which means a step ahead of their relationship.

Y/n, now also known as Mrs Jeon, was laying with her husband, on his chest to be more specific.

Now...if you're wondering why things didn't go as planned, well, his parents were in the same house as yours. And their room is technically attached to Jungkook's. And unfortunately, the walls are not soundproof.

The wedding night, usually and traditionally for a couple to make love to each other. But since when do they follow the traditions? Even if Jungkook was continuously talking, Y/n still had one thought at the back of her mind. They could have given us privacy for one night. *sigh* Maybe they had a valid reason to stay here. Who knows?

About living? Y/n and Jungkook will live with Jungkook's parents. Mostly because Jungkook's mother can't stay away from him and said quote "I can't live without you after living with you for your whole life my, child" It's okay though. Y/n doesn't really mind having company around when Jungkook would be at work.
"What are you thinking?" "Baby?" "Babe...?" "Y/n" "EARTH TO Y/N!" Jungkook yelled to make her come back to reality. "What happened bubby? You're zoning out...is there anything disturbing you?" He used the softest tone possible, genuinely concerned.

"Huh? O-oh! Sorry sorry...yes what were you talking about?" Jungkook narrowed his eyes at her, not really convinced but he sighed and shook off his doubts.

"Nothin'..." He closed his eyes before pulling Y/n closer to his chest and resting his chin on her head (they are lying sideways). "I love you..."

Jungkook whispered, his voice smooth. Y/n blushed even after almost listening to this for more than 2 years. Jungkook let out an airy laugh. "I see I still have an affect on you..." "You will always" Jungkook snuggled into her neck. I can bear anything for this, Y/n thought.
Time Skip - the next morning ☀

Jungkook and Y/n came down the stairs for the family breakfast, being all giggly and lovey-dovey."Good morning mom!" Jungkook cheerfully said before kissing her cheek. "Morning dad." "Morning son." They said at the same time while Y/n bowed respectfully before greeting them.

The newlyweds sat next to each other with a bright smile on their faces. There was an awkward silence in the room until Mrs Jeon spoke. "I have fired all the maids, except for a few since now Y/n is here, she will help me with the chores. Right Y/n?"

Y/n and Jungkook made eye contact, trying to communicate silently. Jungkook shrugged his shoulders when Y/n gave him a questioning look. Sighing, Y/n answered with a fake smile. "Of course."
Jungkook cleared his throat. "Mom, don't you this is a little too early? I mean, maybe you could have fired them after a few days you know?"

Instead of Mrs Jeon, this time Mr Jeon spoke.
"Nothing is happening too early, son. After all, Y/n would feel bored after you go to the company. She won't just sit in her room all day, would she?"
Jungkook turned his head to look at Y/n whose head was hung low.

"She can try for today if she wants to. But she'll end up getting bored." "Huh? Sorry? I didn't understand?" Jungkook said with an expression of pure confusion written all over his face. "Jungkook, wouldn't Y/n be left all alone when you will leave for a meeting in about...an hour?" "Today? In an hour? B-but I cleared my schedule for the few coming days...and I informed Yeonjun as well." Jungkook unintentionally stuttered.
"I know very well that you did. But you see, you're gonna become the CEO of the company the next week, hence you can not take holidays. You should know that being the CEO means more responsibility and more pressure. If you're going to overlap your work, you won't be able to manage in the future then."

Mr Jeon ended his lecture with a serious look and Jungkook knew that what he was saying was right. But somewhere from the inside, he was upset and dejected.

"I swear Y/n I didn't know. I took holidays and cleared my schedule for the whole week for us to spend some time together~" Jungkook whined like a baby while Y/n tied his tie in their room. "It's okay. Your father is right anyways. You have much more important responsibilities."

Jungkook pouted like a baby yet again after hearing Y/n's response. But she chuckled and patted his cheek. "I'm telling you that it's fine. We'll be able to spend time after you get used to your work as a CEO and the load is light, right?"

Jungkook fastly yet surely nodded. "I'll make sure of that."
