Hey, my name is Scarlett Rose and I live in Huntington Beach, California with my dad, my older brother, Drew, and his friend, Kenny. My mom has been out of the picture for a really long time. She and my dad got divorced when I was two years old because she had an affair. I didn't know about the affair until a few years ago because my brother and my dad thought it would be best to keep that a secret from me, but I eventually found out in other ways. Drew and I see our mom once a month, but sometimes she isn't even there so we end up just having a sibling weekend together. She does pay child support for us at least, but other than that she is a pretty shitty mom. I love my dad though, I am a huge daddy's girl so nine times out of ten I get what I want when I ask my dad.
Enough about my ridiculous family... I have the best friends in the world. Although, I don't have very many, it's the quality of friendships that matter. Carly is my best friend in the world, and then there's Kyle and Keaton of course. We're sophomores at Huntington High except for Kyle, he's a junior. I've known Keaton my entire life, basically since we were in diapers, and Kyle and Carly I met through Keaton's older brother, Wesley. Carly and I clicked instantly and we've been friends since the fifth grade. Kyle and I started getting close last year and for the last few months we've been hooking up... Consensually. It's not even that I like him or that we have feelings for each other, but we're so close and we both sometimes just need a relief, ya feel me?
I really love surfing at the beach and skateboarding at the skatepark or even just up and down the streets. I would say I'm somewhat girly, but I'm more of a tomboy. I'd rather kick it with the guys than go shopping and go to the spa. Carly is the only exception. I will do anything girly with Carly, but other than that, I'll kick back with the guys.
