I wandered through the sewers, careful to remember my path, sometimes even needing to turn around and go a different direction because of some barrier or another, which meant that I would have to go back and trace even more step to show myself that I wasnt going the wrong way. "Should have had my pack with me" I thought to myself as I went through the tunnels, wishing for all sorts of things that would have been useful for the current situation.
"One of them being water..." Thought to myself, then grimacing as I eyed the sewer water which still separated me from the other side walk of the tunnel. "Why couldn't they just make a bridge at these splits? How do they even bridge this? I really hope they just hold their breath and swim in this fowl stuff" I thought to myself, shivering from the thoughts as if it were a sudden, smelly, breeze.
With those displeasing thoughts, I decided to slink back to the odd once-hidden room that I was trapped in, "have to be extra careful, maybe those two were able to realize that I literally escaped right before they came" I warned myself, as if it were to a be a helpful statement.

The way seemed clear, though I couldn't be really sure because the guys could still be in the room, just really quite. Which made me sigh a bit, remembering a little saying, "The keys to an ambush is surprise, planning and overwhelming firepower" though I couldn't advocate about that since I was never personally doing the planning, I was set in a posisto n of "don't think, just do" which kinda made applying all those theories those polepushers (stragicans) told us hard to duplicate.
But it didnt seem I was given a choice now, I was right up against the wall next to the hole, moving away was going to be a real bitch to do. So I rushed in, ready to stab whatever came into view... which was very anticlimactic.
