Chapter 3

-Spencer's POV-

I'm starting to think Garcia was right. I can't live like this. I need to go out. I'm gonna get on some fresh clothes. I don't even bother to shave my face. I just pass my hand through my long, smooth hair and go. I get in my car and head to the airport. Since they have the private jet I have to go in the regular planes like everybody else.
I book the next flight to New York. When the plane arrived I called a can and headed to the station. I entered into the station and I see the team facing the board.

"Hey guys."

"Spence!" JJ said.

Everyone came and hugged me tightly. JJ was the first one she hugged me really tight. I actually feel really good that she hugged me. I got a feeling in my heart that I only had with Maeve. That hole I had in my heart feels like it had been filled in. What if I have feelings for her. I think I do. But what if she doesn't have feelings for me.

"Are you sure you're ready to come back I didn't expect you to be back so soon, you can take all the time you need," Hotch said.

"That's ok I had to come back."

-JJ's POV-

I'm happy Spence is back. I felt lonely without him. I think I should tell Spence about my feelings for him.

We decided to head back to the BAU. We were in the jet. Everyone was sleeping but me and Spence. This was the perfect time to tell him. I walk over to him. He's just sitting by the window looking out.

"Hey Spence, how ya doing?"

"Good I guess."

"Can we talk about something?"

"Sure."

"Spence how do you feel about us to together?"

"What do you mean?"

"I think...I...have feelings....for...you."

His face light up like a light bulb. His eyes were about to pop out of his head. Have I gone too far?

"Wow, um..... I actually also have feelings for you."

We both started laughing.

"Sssshhh they're still sleeping."

"JJ... will you go out with me?"

"I will love to go out with you, let's just not tell the team yet."
