I stared forwards, looking to the old condemned building in front of me. Nothing has changed. The powers was of, but still working, obviously seen by the few lights surrounding the area. I made my way across the heliport when my codec started ringing. It was my partner and friend otacon calling me.

"Snake, are you there? I'm reading your signal loud and clear. How does it look from the outside?" I took another look around before answering. "Its seems very quiet. There's no one here. Not outside at least. I'm making my way to the entrance now." Otacon gave a small laugh. "I can't believe we are coming back here after a whole year. Well, at least you are. Hows nostalgia treating you?" I grunted, a bit from anger, but also from how happy Otacons voice seemed. "There's a difference between nostalgia and nightmare Otacon." He sighed and spoke again. "I suppose your right. It wasn't exactly a fun time. Anyway, time to get to work. I'll continue monitoring your status. Keep me updated with anything that comes up." He hung up, and I continued inside the hanger.
