completely out of the blue, his mind is flooded with pictures. the train and the snow. and then the fall.

he has seen the man that always appears in his nightmares. it feels like he knows him. the man feels familiar.

the pictures feel like memories. he feels weak when he remembers. he cannot allow himself to be weak, to be vulnerable.

shoulders shaking, heavy breathing. someone approaches him, he attacks. he snaps.

this is the aftermath of a nightmare. apparently a real one. memories.

memories make him scared. they are real, they actually happened to him. he doesn't want to remember.
