Chapter 6

Cassie is getting ready for her annual high school reunion at her old high-school where Diane is currently in.

Cassie's dressed in a red dress that has straps and zips up its a long dress but stops at her back boot hill her hair is loose in wavy curls she has light make on and has a sliver clutch.

When she came downstairs she saw Diane playing with Ruby.

Ruby's giggles made Cassie's giggle, her laugh is so cute and contagious.

Diane turned her head and stared at her mother her lips parting.

Wow.... Said Diane.

Cassie smiled and gave a twirl what do you think??? Asked Cassie.

You look amazing mom... If I were a guy I'd marry you. Said Diane.

Cassie giggled.

Well... I should be off... You sure you'll be okay with Diane for a few hours??? Asked Cassie.

Diane waved it off.

Mom... I've done this a million times it's okay. Said Diane.

Cassie smiled.

What about your plans with your friends group??? . Asked Cassie.

Diane waved it off.

It's fine mom... I can go with them next time. Said Diane.

Cassie smiled.

Okay... Call. If you need me to come. Said Cassie.

Okay mom... Have fun love you. Said Diane as she side hugged her mom.

I will.. Said Cassie kissing Diane and Ruby's forehead.

You girls have fun. Said Cassie as she grabbed her coat and went off.

Cassie's high-school life was amazing she had the best grades, best friends and the most handsome boyfriend that broke her heart.

She hasn't heard from Tim Drake in years other than he's a successful business man he has a son and is well known for his work since he took over his father's business.

Cassie sighed and bit her lip.

This is the first night she goes out without the kids it feels weird.

When she got to her old high-school she found a parking lot and parked her car.

When she got out she suddenly felt self conscious about the outfit she is wearing she was pregnant a couple of months ago and it was hard loosing some of the baby fat but she still looked good.

And also she is divorced and didn't want to attract any men yet.

But her dress is suitable for this event and not that revealing.

As she entered she could hear music playing laughter and talking.

She saw her old high-school principle

Princple Weatherbee??? Said Cassie surprise written on her face.

Cassandra!!! Yelled the excited Princple.

Cassie gave him a hug and smiled.

Oh my God... You still here??? Asked Cassie.

Well only for this year... I'm retiring next year and my son is taking over. Said Princple.

Cassie smiled.

That's great. Said Cassie.

So... how does it feel to be back??? Asked Princple Weatherbee.
