Cassie groaned as she looked at the long cue at the coffee shop she's at.

She's in need of coffee.

Dammit!! She groaned.

Someone's desperate. Said a voice.

Cassie gasped she turned her head and saw Tim Drake standing behind her he's in a blue suit and his hands is on his pockets his infamous smirk on his handsome face.

Cassie raised a brow.

Yeah... My coffee machine is in the repairs. Said Cassie looking away.

Oh. Said Tim.

I assume your always on the coffee run considering your love for it. Said Cassie giggling as she remembered Tim's love for coffee.

Tim's eyes widened.

You still remember?? Asked Tim.

Of course.. How could I forget. Said Cassie.

Tim smiled.

Miss?? Called the waiter behind her.

Cassie turned around and was shocked that she didn't stand so long.

Yes... Hi. Said Cassie taking her money out of her bag.

What can I get yah. Said the waiter.

A cappuccino please and no cinnamon. Said Cassie.

Coming right up. He said.

Tim smiled as he looked at Cassie she seems so different high school was one of the best years of his life.

Tim could only wonder why Cassie broke up with him after graduation even if they got accepted into different colleges he would still make the effort to see her.

Cassie was the love of his life.

Tims life was consumed with work these days he barely had time for his son.

Which is also tuff him and his son Jack Drake has some bonding issues. Tim never knew he was a dad until a kid showed up at his door he was already ten and full on glaring his glare kinda reminded himself back when he was a kid.

He's mom passed on and he was his only legal guardian. Tim did not know who his mother was till he saw the picture and remembered her from a party he went to freshman year of collage.

Tim wasn't ready to be a dad and his own kid was already ten back then he missed 9 years of his life.

He has a rocky relationship with his son.

Whose already 16.

Tim sighed.

He saw Cassie tapping her nails impatiently on the table counter.

Why are they taking so long. moaned Cassie.

So impatient. Said Tim.

Cassie rolled her eyes.

I'm gonna be late for court. Said Cassie checking her phone.

Tim chuckled.

Just then the waiter came with her cappuccino.

Thank you. Said Cassie and took her drink.

Bye. She said at Tim.

See you around. He said staring at her as she walked out the coffee shop she turned around and waved at him smiling .

He gasped softly at her smile he realized how beautiful she is and how he missed her smile.

That's when he knew he still had a chance to win her heart back. And this time he'll fight to win it.
